Hi guys, when I started PE my BPEL was 5,5" (14 cm), now after three years of PE (with some pause) my BPEL is almost 7,3" (18,5 cm).

My current routine is:

Basic stretch with short kegel (especially upward) to pre-exhaust the PC muscle
5 x 1 minute DLD Blaster
5 x 1 minute Behind the Cheecks (with kegel, just like dld blaster)
30 Rotatories Crancks

The short and intense exercises worked pretty good for me when I started PE, but with the time they became less effective compared to extendede time exercise (I dont' know if this is normal or not).

I think i have written a post, but seems not appaer. By the way in this weeks I tripled my manual stretching and this seems very effective, my flaccid lenght is been boosted, and especially DLD blasters seems to help [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] a lot. Hard to say, i never really measured my girth, obviously i gain in girth, but i don't know how much unfortunately. However yesterday i read a lot about penis surgery (i don't want to do), just to understand how penis growth occurs. During surgery the ligaments are cutted to permit to inner penis to go out, so are the ligaments stretch the best expressive stretching? The best time to do express stretching is after ligaments stretch? Another thing I read is the hard manual stretch may give opposite effect, the force can make the penis to rectract to defense itself. This make sense if penis act like muscle during stretching, the hard stretching can lead the muscles to shorten to prevent the strain, conversely gentle and long stretch "reassures" muscle and let it to lenghten. Can this be applied to penis enlargement? The only way to know is to try.

DLD Blasters were created to take the place of this surgery. When DLD Blasters are done correctly there is no restrictions due to ligament pull back. First the kegels that are done prior to the exercise to fatigue the pelvic floor muscles and to exhaust the ligaments. From there you use the reverse kegel to ensure the ligaments can not hold back. From there is it pure ligament stretching.
