OK, I am open this exercise and the sad thing is I invented and completely forgot about only to come back and see it is working for men. Great bump and I am excited to try this exercise again.

I just hope it actually helps because my girl is the one who noticed. She could be wrong, maybe i lost weight. I have to be sure.

Yup, I mistaken you for Huge :) I will now send him the link to this thread :)

Thanks for getting back to me.

What about Kegel Squats? Like a whole squat targeting the pc muscle. Wonder how much bigger that could help it get. Either way squats are good for pe and sex.

I see no reason not to try it. Then we can try kegel push ups, just doing pushups with your dick. Followed by the Kegel bench press. Clearly kidding, but I wouldn't be surprised to see it in my lifetime.

I've tried it and it's not a sensation together per say but it does work the two. I remember doing these back then. Make sure that when you do these kegels+exercise that you stabilize your core as in flex your abs at all times. And not just your abs but your obliques, your whole midsection.

Excellent direction my Brother!

Hey dld, Im just trying to recap this exercise with my own words. Maybe you can confirm if I can understood everything correctly.

So, I lie on the floor, legs straight and raise them a few inches up. Then I do a simple kegel squeeze/pc muscle contraction and hold it while doing 5 normal crunches.
On the 5th crunch I stop after the positive phase, so that my upper body stays up. While holding this position I do 10 kegels/reverse kegels.
After that I release the crunch, so my upper back is basically on the floor again, but my legs still up, right? While holding this position I do a reverse kegel hold for 10-20 seconds and roll my abdominals. Its kind of hard to hold the reverse kegel while doing this. Do you roll to the maximum possible? I mean, when I additonally raise my chest a bit I can roll into my stomach even more. Hope you undestand what I mean.

That actually sounds like a good little exercise. I was thinking of trying them since working out is an objective in my immediate future. Just dealing with a knee injury but I mean, if you're going to squat of crunch, why not throw in pc and ab flexing. Tones things a little more right?

I don't think its a good idea to try, and do kegels while trying to squat. This is because you can mess up your 'block', and receive hernias. You need to be really disciplined/focused with your form whenever heavy weights are involved.

What about without weights?

Gotta start somewhere.

It can be achieved just by going on a caloric deficit, yes at home. Eat healthy and find your caloric maintenance.

And aerobic exercises, 15-20 minutes a day is great.

That'll help even more! Incorporation of exercise is always a plus.

I just added exercise about 1 month ago, still have not weighed in yet but I may be able to get in there today, I hope. If so I will post.

You are going to be impressed, believe me :)
I did not weigh in yesterday but I already know I am at the weight I want. I am almost positive I am in the 175 area. What I am most impressed with is the muscle tone and enlargement, I look like I earned it when I never made it to a gym :) God is good to me! Muscles for nothing! I will take final pictures maybe this weekend. As I said, I am not so concerned about the scale, I like what I see in the mirror.

Thats really awesome DLD. Muscles can be retained through time for some people :)

For me it is strange, once I lose the weight the muscles come back so quickly. I did own a Gym for a while and at one point I was pretty freaking huge and ever since that time, if I get fat the muscles fade but as soon as the weight goes the definition comes back. I can't remember who the guy was who said it ws impossible for me to retain muscle while fasting, how far off he is!
