Did some Jelqs this morning
followed by wearing the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]traction[/words] device for 2hrs
1set of DLD newbie stretches
2sets each hand Astretch
a few more sets of straight down stretch as I feel I get the best lig pull at that angle

Also did a cpl other stretches, but I don't know there name. I pull up on my glans while pushing down on the base with my thumb. This has become one of my favs to. I really feel like it puts a lot of stress on the base
 
Well this is what I did today
traction device: 2.5hrs
DLD newbie stretches: I did one set of each way, but on the down when I pull with any pressure I hear a tearing noise:O it's very scary, but didn't hurt so I just kinda eased into and massaged the area. I hold the down stretches and the straight out stretches for 40-60seconds. Also did 3sets of the straight downs even after the tearing noise

4sets of A-stretches

Dry Jelqs: 40mins


Things went pretty good today and I will prolly hang a little tonight. That tearing noise really scares me when it happens, but it doesn't seem to do anything to me. Also it looks like it's almost time to put another set of bars on my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]traction[/words] device rofl Will prolly wait one more week then I will try to add them and see how it feels

Another thing I have noticed is that my veins are starting to become more visible
 
no stretching yesterday, but I did do a lot of dry jelqs

I've decided I want more girth to. Just about 1/2" or so

I kinda like how these jelqs are making my veins more prominent.

DLD stretches only did the straight down, straight out and straight up more focused on down

Will do 2sets of DLD stretches tonight and hang 10lbs for 30minutes

Well I haven't been around here very long, and I haven't been Practicing Penis Enlargement very long either, but I have learned a lot from this site. I was sitting around today thinking and here some some of my thoughts/experiences with Penis Enlargement

Experiences/Thoughts:
Harder Erections
A veinier(sp) looking cock
longer flaccid length by a lot
a very small increase in erect length
last longer in the sack

These are just some things I have done or tried or am going to try

Well something that I have noticed lately is how my penis is a lot more spongy(meaning easier to stretch) when I wear my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]traction[/words] device daily. I stopped using it for about a week, right after I added another set of bars, but I continued to do stretches,jelqs, and kegals. Well a few days ago I went to try and put my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]traction[/words] device on, and it was impossible for me to stretch my penis out that far. So I took one set of bars out, and it was still kinda tough for me to stretch my penis out that far. After that I used the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]traction[/words] device for 5-8hrs the last 3days. What have I noticed?? Well now I can stretch my penis out to that length very easily and can have it at maximum stretch, and i'm almost back to that third line on the device.

After I get done wearing the device I will do my stretches and I always get a good lig pop when doing the downward stretch while in a sumo stance. So from now on I think i'm going to try and get that pop before putting on the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]traction[/words] device and see if I can even get a better stretch.

It just seems like to me that combining the stretches and device is very useful, and almost a neccessity. I have tried hanging but can't get the device very comfortable as I use the Wench so I am done with hanging until I get a better device.

Anyway I just wanted to throw a thought out there about how helpful the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]traction[/words] device has been for me. I know right now I can add those set of bars back, but I think I will stick with this set until I know it will be easy to stretch it out to the next set of bars.

Well i had to stop doing a ton of manual stretches as it was causing some t-veins. So lately I just wear my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] as much as possible and i'm concentrating on jelqing more

My g/f the other night was like god your dick feels freaking huge tonight so i guess it's workingrofl
