ok I dunno if anybody is really going to care about my routine, but i'm going to be honest I don't care rofl I'm just doing this to make sure I stick with my workouts. I have also only hung about 10times

The reason why I don't think ppl are going to care is b/c i'm not really going to measure. I'm going to go more by looks and feel.

My current goal is almost already met haha and that is just to have my flaccid length to look longer. Long term goal is 8+" erect length. Girth I got, but I will still do some jelqs to atleast keep my current girth and maybe add a little a long the way.

What do I have to work with, well my hands for onerofl I also have a captains wench and an eco [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words](traction device).

I have decided to change my routine a bit from my earlier thoughts. I hope to do something like this

DLD's beginner's stretches
1hanging session a day with some light weight 5-10lbs and while hanging do kegals to swing the weight
Then add some Jelqs here and there

On top of that I will wear my eco [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] when I have time for 1-2hrs a day

Today's routine

1hanging session 17.5lbs only for about 10minutes b/c of some slippage with the device. This is why I have decided to down the weight up the time and do kegals

DLD's stretches
Dry Jelqs here and there
[words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Extender[/words] for 1.5hrs
some extra kegal exercises


Side note is i'm more of a shower I guess as my tendon is very tight
 
I find it very interesting that your not going to meaure... You may want to just measure one time in the beginning just so that maybe at some point along the line you could measure again to see that your routine is working... Or you may not want to measure at all like you said and just go by feel- which is a really cool idea i think.

I believe if I did it your way I may have believed that I gained more than I did. :)

I think that's the idearofl I dunno it just seems silly to get wrapped up in numbers if it looks and feels like it's growing.

Also i'm getting some skin soreness around my head. I think I can finish today and tomorrow but might have to take a day off this week to let my skin heal up.

The tip of my glans is getting some dark purple/red spots on it that look pretty bad. I soaked it in water for 5minutes to try and get it to clear out. Will do it again later tonight. If it doesn't clear up I am going to back off until it does

pretty much took the past 2days off. To much discoloration and skin irritation on my glans for my taste

ok just b/c I haven't been posting doesn't mean I haven't been Penis Enlargementing:)

Anyway lately I worked on jelqs a lot, but I swear it was making my erect size look smaller and not stretch as far. So I am cutting the jelqs back down to just the regular amt.

Just been doing some DLD stretches+ some A stretches+ some hanging with 10lbs as this weight doesn't slip with the wench device
