did redz testicle stretch routine today. completely forgot to do the trampoline stretches. so many stretches that i missed that one.
 
Length was today. I was able to finally go most of the way BTC on the rotary exercise in the later part of the 10 min. on these BTC rotaries each rep i do is 60 seconds then a 30 second break to switch to the other side. i do 4-5 reps on each side. Overall felt like a good workout today.
 
Did girth this morning. got pretty intense with the horse squeezes doing kegels during each 30 second squeeze. got 0.5" expansion and some small purple dots on the head lol. i've had those before, they heal pretty quick.
 
did girth today got a little over 0.5" expansion. I'm switching to a different routine schedule.
Gonna try girth,girth, length, girth, girth, length, then a rest/maybe testicle stretch day
 
2nd girth day in a row, got 0.5" expansion. on the horse squeezes im doing 9 30 second squeezes with each hand. I release for a split second to kegel more blood in at the 10 second and 20 second mark of each hold.
 
did length yesterday gonna take today off and hit girth hard tomorrow. blasters are still kind of a pain to do because the head of my penis starts to get sore pulling so hard
 
Right around 5/8" expansion during the clamped edging on girth routine today. My penis looks kinda weird once it goes flaccid after my girth routine though it doesn't hurt in any way.
 
somewhat, i got extra flaccid girth right under the head. did girth again today couldn't do same intensity as yesterday due to a pain on right side of base where the clamp meets the penis. pain went away when pressure was released.
