I chose this routine for the sheer fact that my EG is not what I want it to be.

Very good girth routine, have you tested it out yet? If so, how is expansion? What is your goal for girth? I take it that you do not want length.
 
Ah yes. I have tried it out before posting it. The numbers are so low compared to others but that is because my arms and hands get tired after the jelqs. I will extend the exercises when I feel ready. I can't say much about the expansion yet though.
My goal is to get an EG of 5.5 inches (14 cm)

I want to focus on girth first since my length goal is 6.5 inches (16.5 cm), which isn't far off from what I am now. Should I add a little bit of length routine to my own? The newbie warm up stretching perhaps?

I see little reason to add length work in if your goals are for girth. If your hands are getting tiered you may want to work the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] into your routine as it would allow you to rest hand every 5 minutes to regain strength. It is the best girth routine going.

Oh yeah. I have found a strange issue that I don't believe I have encountered through the forums. When I am doing my [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words], I flex my penis with a kegel and after closing off circulation, I do a reverse kegel during the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]. I felt a strange pain in doing so. I cannot describe it through memory but I will describe it once I do my routine.

So I wasn't able to recreate the pain. Which is a good thing. But I have noticed dark spots along the left side of my penis which I'm sure will go away with time. Just making note of it here.
Thanks for the suggestions about the contests. I will look in to that.

Dark spots are usually bruising and will go away shortly. I am happy the pain was not recreated, this is a good sign. The contest(s) I have are always meant to inspire gains. I believe that when we compete we work harder...my goal is always for you guys to grow.
 
So a week from now is when I do my measurements. I am confident, excited and nervous about it. This time I think I will measure the base, mid-section, and below the glans because i notice a baseball-bat effect. I have been slacking on my Penis Enlargement due to class work and sometimes dont feel like putting forth the effort. Maybe when things straightenout. And I look forward to adding more to my routine after my second measurement.

Well I really hope you have done well for this second round of measurements! If you have been slacking lately and still have gained that will be wonderful, if not, you will need to put out a my concerted effort. I am looking forward to some positive gains for you Alex!
 
Now is a good a time to ask this as any: When I jelq down the length, I notice around the base acts sort of like a lump that I go over if I pull enough. It happens when I am not fully erect when jelqing.
I'm assuming the penis is supposed to be a muscle smooth and easily glide so curious as to what this is and if I should revise my routine because of it.

This would be internal penis at the base of the penis, when jelqing down it exposes this area much more than when jelqing in other positions.
 
Going to take a break from jelqs. My arm ligament is too strained from Penis Enlargement. I'm going to stick with the horse squeezes though.

This was done before Penis Enlargement to represent how much expansion for the month and before today's session. I'm kinda nervous for the results but here we go.
Measured 15cm in length both times and 10.25cm in girth which is okay. I'm happy to see results. Now I just have to keep the results.

Again, my short-term goal is 16.5cm by 14cm
And during my girth squeezes, I hold the squeeze for 5 seconds and rest for 5 seconds. The jelqs havent changed though it ranges from 3 seconds to five.
Joining the site and keeping track has really helped me stay on course as opposed to the other times I have tried. My arm is still out of commission but that's to be expected.
 
Second measurement after starting Penis Enlargement

At full erection, length is a little over 15cm. Less than 15.25
Girth comes in at about 11cm at the thickest part and with 10.75 as the thinnest near the base.
Gains from this month: .25 cm length and .75cm girth so great gains so far and no injuries!

I've been following my routine 5 times a day.
After browsing this site some more, I'm going to add a few new exercise so that my routine is

This month, I'm measuring a little early to commit more time on finals. However, I will also measure on schedule to see if anything changes.

eg 11 both times measured with 10.5 being the thinnest part.
So no real girth gains, but a little bit of loss around mid shaft?

The best routine I have written is SRT because it leaves the ability to add intensity in many areas to keep gaining and healing with consistency. Even within the routine substitutions and replacements can be made to keep things fresh and productive.

It's time to post again. I haven't done as much this month as I'd had hoped though

The results are the same as last month
