i started with:

pullin and holdin my penis as hard as i can...in all directions, holdin it for 2 min in each direction.

i started doin it for 5 min in each direction this month.

also this month ive started clampin...i use a shoe lace (for now, until i can get a cable clamp) at the base of my penis.

i try to get as hard as i can then i wrap the lace around my penis base trappin all the blood in my penis.

then when its all in there, i bend my penis in different directions, for a few seconds on each direction.

while i do all these clamp workouts i play russian roulette with my penis. some of you might call it "edging", i call it "russian roulette" cause you never know when it might go off hahaha.


ive been clampin up to 25 min without stopin and i havent had any injuries. when im done with clampin, my cock just feels like it has alot of space inside.


im goin to be postin my reports everytime i change my experiments.


if im doin somethin wrong in my workout or if you guys think i should add somethin more, please feel free to let me know. please try to help me create "G".
 
it's good you decided to keep a progress thread...even if you don't update frequently atleast you can have record to look back on when you need too

on another note..you can hold a stretch for 5minutes :O..my hands start to get tired around the minute mark then i have to switch hands..that's good for you..and the stretch is still intense after that period of time pulling?

i've done the clamps and bends in all directions...gives good expansion 25 min sounds like a good clamping session for now..that is what i do when i can...i was up to about 45 min at one time but won't attempt it right now

hey Twins, thanks for your reply. this thread was influenced by your thread, and after readin yours i decided to follow in your foot steps and create my own Penis Enlargement progres report.

yea man, when i do the 5 min pull from each direction i try to keep it intense. but my hands also start to get tired when i do this. and theres times that i feel the fatigue in the shoulder of the arm that im usin. i was thinkin of goin a whole hour clamped since my penis doesnt get cold at 25 min...but i dont want to risk injury or worst hahahaha. anytime i do new routine or have a gain im goin to put it here. thanks again Twins for your advice.
 
ive been clampin these past few days for the first time ever...and while im clamped i do what a call "Bugsy Bends" ("bugsy" is old New York City slang for crazy). Bugsy Bends are bends that i do while erect and clamped. i hold my penis at the base with one hand and with the other hand i grab the penis with an upside down "ok grip" underneath the penis head, and then i twist the penis as if my penis was a damp cloth rag and im tryin to squeeze out the water from the rag. then at the same time that im doin the twist squeeze, i bend and hold my penis from all sides. i hold my Bugsy Bends for about as much as i can before my penis starts to go limp.....which is about 10 seconds. today i clamped for an 1 hour and 40 min straight and throughout the whole 100 minutes that i was clamped, i did Bugsy Bends. when i was done my base was the same size as my mid-shaft girth....and my penis head looked like Darth Vader's helmet. thats what hapends now when i do the "Force choke" to my penis now hahahahaha.

"Force Choke" is a workout i do while im clamped, what i do is i squeeze my penis as hard as i can, and then do a Bugsy Bend but without the twist.....to get the blood chambers to expand..... so that i can try to get my penis develop more girth and become cemented. with my "Force Choke" is how i get my penis head to become like the Darth Vader helmet (hence the name of my workout squeeze) while and after im done clampin.

the time that i spent clamped today should NOT be attempted by people new to clampin. ive been clampin for a few days now, but the reason im leavin the clamp on longer is because my penis doesnt start gettin cold and it doesnt turn black, (which are the side effects if the penis is bein overclamped). my penis is naturally brown, but it doesnt turn black while clamped. im goin to do 1hr 40 min for a few days until i jump to 2hr and then 3hr, and so on and so on, untill my penis starts gettin cold or lookin way darker than normal.

Hi Siegel

Thought Id chek out your thread and see your progress. I was wondering does holding the clamp at the bottem of the benis not effect where the clamp is being held. Like you the clamed area becoem smaller than the above clamped area?

how you doin TL? no actually when im done clampin, the place where i had the clamp (at my penis base) is bigger when i remove it...than when i first put it on. when i get a camera again im goin to take pictures of it to show what i mean. an example is my base becomes as wide as my mid-shaft girth is naturally, i have pictures of my mid-shaft width here:

my base is usually smaller than my mid-shaft girth without clampin. if you need help with anythin let me know.
 
Thanks Siegel. Ive been doing not to bad tried 2 chat up 2 blondes here from and then I found out they were married so I made the off but it still sort of worked.

I dont have a clue about clamping I am not entirely sure what routines to follow?:(
 
Hey Siegel, when you pull for 5 minutes in each direction how long is your stretch session? Do you do 1 rep or the 3 reps that dld suggests?

clampin should only be done, when your penis has been conditioned enough and used to Penis Enlargement. i would say when youve been doin Penis Enlargement for atleast 4-5 months before you start clampin. when youre ready for the clampin workouts try this thread created by redzulu:

i do one rep, i hold the stretch for 5 min in all directions each. so in total its a session of 25 - 30 min. ive been thinkin about gettin back into the stretchin....but latey ive been goin through a girth phase because i really want to gain girth first.
 
great idea! I did my basic stretches today sitting down and up to 30 minutes later I could still feel the stretch. I'm a newbie and this is my first day back into Penis Enlargement after 2 month off. Feel the burn!
 
NO MORE CLAMPIN FOR ME.... in the days that i was doin clampin workouts, i was havin trouble with keepin or getttin an erection..... since i have stoped clampin, i got my erection back. i just been doin wet jelqs and since then ive been wakin up with huge erections.....theres been even a few times that ive been at 6.6" girth after all this.

I thought Id pop by and see how its going. Was clamping benificial like did you gain with it? I am still using my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] but all gains have stopped and I am still going to carry on though best of Luck

how you doin TL, when i did clampin which was about for over two months, i didnt gain anythin. the only thing i used to get was more veins on my penis but it only happened durin the days that i clamped. the only thing that i got from clampin was that i was losin my erections and sometimes i couldnt even get an erection.....i even used to get some headaches while i clamped, i dont know if clampin was the reason for that....but since ive stopped i havent gotten the headaches. since i have just been doin jelqs ive got massive erections in the mornin and when i get aroused. ive read from people on here that they have gained from clampin, and it seems to work for them.

but for me personaly im done with that shit, it was hurtin me alot more than it was helpin me. if you want girth gains, try to just stick to jelqs and keep doin that untill you see that you cant gain, then switch your workout and try somethin else. how much have you gained since you started doin Penis Enlargement? and how long did it take you to gain?

Mate everything going pretty well. I was out in another town and didnt get much success with the ladies but it was the wrong place for that anyways. Cant say the pulling women again is getting better but I am improving myself slowly.

Ive done nearly 100 hours now and my erections also are suffering with all the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] and Jelq work but I think its really down to the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] work. On a good day I can measure 17cm and 17.5 if I push my penis down but thats really cheating so 17cm and 16.5cm on normal day erect. My flaccid length when I give it one tug is longer maybe by 1cm or 2 but no tug and its the same size. Got a informaty on one side of the penis just below the head it dents in the way I think this is due to my use of silicone straps. But Ive changed it to the comfort straps now. Good to here from you Siegal.

i hear ya man, just take your time with the broads. where are you from originally if you dont mind me askin? also becareful when doin workouts, so that you dont injure yourself....im glad that you found a comfortable way to do it. the loss of erections might be mental or maybe because you might be over workin your penis. its always good to hear from you too man.
 
Hi Benjamin, my pal!

I see that you have gone back to jelqing. You might want to add some edging sessions, especially in the evening or early morning. I would also try to do a long (15 to 20 minutes) warm-up session before jelqing. I wouldn't be surprised to see that 6.5" girth grow to 7". :)

thanks alot Goin! ive been try to get to 7" since last year. i hate it when im not fully hard and the smallest my girth gets is at 6.25" in girth...but when im fully hard and im about to rip open cars with the erection, then im at 6.5" girth. im tryin to see if i could find a way to get 6.5" girth durin a lazy erection. im goin to try what you adviced, maybe that help me get there faster.

how you doin ShinySoldier, and welcome to the forums! i started Penis Enlargement June of 2008. but then i had to stop and restarted again April of this year. how long have you been into Penis Enlargement?
 
ever since ive been doin the jelqs and no clampin workouts.....my bone-pressed erect length has been 8.25" the last few times ive measured. my girth while in a lazy erection state, has been 6 3/8" instead of 6.25". the hardest ive gotten the next mornin after a night of jelqs, is 6 5/8" girth.
