Ok back, still just shy of 8" length and still my solid 5.75" girth midshaft... still got left hook. My goal is a bigger head, CS, 6.25" girth midshaft, and get rid of left hook. My routine is as follows...

Few minutes warmup with jelqs
6x 30second Clamped Horse 440s
Loosen Clamp, 6x 30 second Ulis

Few minutes unclamped slow hard jelqs

Reclamp 6x 30 second [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] with left hand index clamping CS and thumb on top, with right hand squashing head
6x 30 second horse 440 while pulling top of shaft right to straighten curve

Tighten clamp apply lotion and edge for 10 minutes, holding back, kegelling and Uli'ing from time to time (Supra Slammers is name for that right?)

Saturday Sunday on, Monday off
Tuesday Wednesday Thursday on, Friday off
 
Went good today, got huge expansion. As usual when I start an intense routine, considering I havent Penis Enlargement'ed in forever, right where circ dark line is it puffs out, uber for doggy style clit stimulation. Anyhow, went well intend to keep it up!
 
Had to ref and was tired so I missed yesterday, today is rest, gonna workout though :) Got soccer practice too... end of 2nd semester hectic shit... :(
 
Very dissapointed in myself, not only in the Penis Enlargement aspect of my life. Been totally slack. Cant even start, no motivation. Will try Sunday.
 
Did some Penis Enlargement today getting back into it and setting final goals high, 10x7 lol. Want to go from almost 8 and dead on 5.75 to 8.5 x 6.25 by Fall (college). If I am going to gain 2" in lenght I gotta start stretching again yarg, dont like stretching. Hanging I liked, too bad I sent back my hanger, after parents found it lol and knew what it was and questioned me shit... I had some excuse but they didnt believe it but ah well.

ANYWAYS....

I wont be able to hang in college anyway so looks like manual stretching to me.

Im gonna do that girth routine, and after getting off while clamping is done Ill clean up dry off and stretch.

Ill start each stretch with a hard 90-95% stretch, twice for 5 seconds each, then go from 80 to 100+ % stretch slowly for 15 seconds. Straight out, straight down, straight up, left, right, and my patented FROGGY STRETCHES (forgot name I said when I realised it originally long ago here), but ya you squat down with hands between spread bent legs. Pull penis down and to right while pulling left leg (by knee where its bent) to left and make sure penis is being pulled opposite of this, (I think the inner thigh and ligs have a sort of relation, I get the most pops stretching this way)
Well Ill do 3 reps of each direction and 3 sets and call it a day. Ill do this every day until the day I leave for college.

Starting to BTape (bandaid) on my dick to see the effects of FR for a few weeks before I decide to restore or not. Gonna do routine when I get home gotta pick up car at airport.
 
Ran out of bandaids haha, and it leaves dick sticky on sides, not ready for action, not that Ive seen a lot lately. Well a dick is for life, so I gotta plan Penis Enlargement for life.

Going to college Septemberish so I need a plan for college, like Samzman's routine of 10 minutes. I dont have a lot of dedication and I dont have a lot of time right now so a 10 minute routine is exactly what I need. My ultimate goal is sort of undecided right now. Im looking at 10 x 7. Not sure though, I want to be able to get head and dont wanna tear up my wife on our honeymoon, so I am thinking like a cone shape slightly. Like 6.5 near head, tapering down to 7", only problem is past 6.25 I dont think chances of getting head are good. I dont want to have a HUGE taper though like 6.25 at head to around 7" at base, yet I want my length and girth to match. Maybe a 9x6.25 is more feasible goal, plus practical penis. So my goal is a 9x6.5(midshaft) penis that is about 6.25 behind head, 6.5 midshaft, and 6.75 at base.

+.25 increments on shaft girth is about that right now. 5.5 right under head 5.75 midshaft 6 base. So going from 8x5.75 to 9x6.5 is my goal. Now that I finally established my feasible, desired goal, I gotta plan how to get there, at least with my first month or so plan considering my lack of complete motivation.

Want to get about 1/2", so 8.5, from pure length before I start girth because I am pretty sure I can get 2nd half of length with girth exercises.

Length plan looks like this...

3x 15 sec pulse stretch in all directions (straight out, straight left, straight right, straight up, up left, up right, straight down, down left, down right)
4x 15 sec pulse froggy stretches (downright, downleft) (awesome, 99% ligpop guarantee)

Repeat 2 more times, making it a 20 minute workout. Then comes the fun part... jerk it until I blow and am soft, wash off, then use golf weights for ADH =D It keeps ligs in constant tension. Cant do too much because Im always at soccer practice, school, or reffing on weekends, but Ill ADH when I can.

Start that routine tomorrow and do it everyday until I have my 1/2" gain in length :) I finally got the focus and enough motivation to spend only 20 minutes a day on it and I think I can get my halfway goal by Summer, easily. I will update every Saturday how it is going, to eliminate my OCD habit of daily posting how a workout went, sometimes with follow up lol. Plus itll help me gauge overal activity, so I dont get hung up on one bad, or even good, day. Til next Saturday this is Sephin signing out ;)

I will try the froggy stretches later on..if you could later on make a diagram because I would like to be sure that I am doing them right.

Solid work you put in..and if 10 minutes is all you have then it is a lot better than nothing.

What do you do with the golf weights? Have they helped much in gaining length?
 
Golf weights are the shit man :) Golf weights are these .65lb or something similar (forgot weight) circular weights, they are like a donut so to speak. I am 5.75" girth erect, and when flaccid I can slip em on easy. I slip on as many as I can then at the bottom use a cable clamp to keep em on. Sometimes I put [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace[/words] wrap behind head, before I put on last one, then put on last one and [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace[/words] wrap keeps em all on, but I put on cable clamp for extra support, never had any glans or circulation issues, just sometimes my glans looked a little wrinkled but it goes away, just temporary stretch mark look sorta.

Ok perfect. Like the txt says at that site... it stretches inner thighs.

I swear there is some corrolation between inner thigh/groin area and the ligs, like they connect and go to side or something. Even if they dont and I am wrong this stretch is AWESOME and you will get many lig pops, unless ur a nonligpopper completely.

From that position to stretch your right ligament you grab and pull down left then use your right arm to push out right leg, so you are pulling/stretching groin from the ligmanet. Do opposite to stretch left lig. Easiest I found is from that froggy position when you grab, with the grab arm, bring it around and under the leg corresponding to same side as grab arm (ie: left arm, over and around left leg), then grab penis palm facing away and pull. Just seems like more leverage.

Anyhow you can do other things, like on youe knees, spread knees and pull one way. Just whatever targets groin, and penis is stretched in opposite direction.

I hate stretching, I just tried routine today, Im young and horny, I am cut, but my dick is still never dry, I try 70% rubbning alcohol, everything grip is still a bitch to get... I just wish my captns wench wasnt such a punk and it actually worked for me... I want my old bib back, some time an privacy to hang :( It is so discouraging trying to stretch, especially since I have never seen gains from stretching, to my knowledge. Any other tips for length, I just need to squeeze our 1/2".
 
Been busy, science project and soccer. Sci project worth a LOT of points and 2nd semester physics teachers is HARD so I need em. Anyhow.. gonna pick up like Thursday once science project and Wed soccer game are over. Trying to find stretching tips until then.

I have early dismissal so I have about 45 minutes to do stuff then go back to school for soccer so I think thatd be perfect time, I can get a little sweaty its no big deal, I can get work done, and walk around soccer practice with a nice hang :)

That stretching routine looks good, going to pick up vaseline (if I dont already have some, at least for now) and some baby powder, for stretching, so I dont lose group.

Ill do that last routine of stretching followed by 10 minutes of jelqing and horse squeezess, and once soccer practice is over and Im home and out of shower, do some light stretching then ADH with golf weights.. which I cant really get until 17th or so because I am flatbroke and dont get paid til then. They are cheap, but flatbroke is flatbroke. Everything is shaping up nicely. Once soccer is over Im gonna get a job and just put Penis Enlargement routine around that and homework.
 
Well, I was busy when I came home so I didnt have time, I gotta finish science project tonight, but I dont have much left at all, so Ill try to squeeze in a routine tonight.
 
Alright ditched stretching, it is IMPOSSIBLE for me to keep a length routine or even exercises, they just dont work for me, like I cant do em right, only from time to time and thats not good enough. Gonna focus on girth and let the length come from that...

I am doing a 30 minute clamp session around 2pm then another 30 minute clamp session around 6-7pm'ish area. I plan to do this daily and check my progress March 1st, which is about 3 weeks. Hopefully I can close 6" by april 1st, and fix my left curve.

My goals are .10"/month girth .05"/length...

2/7 - 7.9 x 5.75
3/1 - 7.95 x 5.85
4/1 - 8 x 6
5/1 - 8.05 x 6.1
6/1 - 8.1 x 6.2
7/1 - 8.15 x 6.3
8/1 - 8.2 x 6.4
9/1 - 8.25 x 6.5

Of course the gains will NOT roll in just like that, but I am hoping they roll in as constant and uniformally as possible so I can reach my final goal of 8.25 x 6.5 before I go to college. 7 months to do it in, hopefully I can do it.
 
Doing 20 minute sessions now. Missed afternoon one, for good reasons :), but I got night one in, I just dont feel it though like I used to when I started clamping a while ago to test the waters. Gonna keep on keeping on :)

Not with the way things going. Just been so busy. Gonna try and get one session in today, and 2 tomorrow and keep just chugging along doing the routine as often as I can, and is called for (twice a day). Thanks for the support.
 
My session last night was good, gonna get like one in today, but tonight is friends bday party and a girl I like and am starting to talk to is gonna be there so I wont have time to fit one in tonight... :) Wish me luck guys =) I think its in the bag tho...
 
Haha well taken her to lunch tomorrow on valentine's, might ask her to be my valentine, but itd be 2nd day talking might be sudden, but valentine isnt even close to serious as a g/f... itll just let her know I am more interested and like her.

Anyhow, gonna get only one in today... right now... thinking itll go good :) Worked out today feel good, gonna do abs tomorrow, just gotta get on this book and get it out of way.... I just let a few big things in school then I gotta catch up and Im all off rhytHydromax with life which includes Penis Enlargement so thats no good. Will get on that tomorrow and do 1 workout for today (now), and 2 tomorrow for sure.

Bah I havent Penis Enlargement'ed at all. Got a new gf, were going to be abstinant but she knows whats up :) 7.9x5.75" still Im pretty sure, wanna get that 6.25" so I am going to try just random clamp routine mixing it up 1 on 1 off without taking off consecutive times, like no missing 2 days in a row.

I just want to clamp and get to over 8" solidified, correct my left hook, and get 6.25" midshaft. Wish me luck I am back in action!
 
Yesterday went good decent pump, it was alright getting back into things. It was purple n ish badly yesterday, but today perfectly normal, weird. Anyhow today is off and tomorrow is on, oh its on :)
 
Things went well today. Got in a good routine. I dont get that nice 1/2" extra girth from clamp like I used to, just 6" midshaft from clamp instead of my 5.75" normal. It will come though soon Ill get those sick pumps like I used to. Point is I am working consistant so far, making my shit turn purple so all is well. Haha once clamp is off though my dick is just red, it isnt purple or black or anything. Anyhow onward to 6.25"MS! 6.5" BASE! 6" behind head! Correct left curve, and a fuller bigger glans!
 
Got in workout today finally after being off track. Girth got to 6" around midshaft and at base where I am thinking it was fluid buildup 6.5". That is .25" increase around normal area and .5" increase at base. I just did some squeeze jelqs some uli #3 and some small bends, ending with wankin. Things going well gonna measure May 1, 2005!
 
Bah missed last 2 days but going to do 2-a-days all week to make up for it. Gonna do one right after my run now.

I slacked again havent done shit, blarg. I am going to just try doing once a day. Matter of fact going to go do mine now. If I just do once a day everyday and make it a habit itll work.
