I started Penis Enlargement on March 25th, 2010. I started Penis Enlargement cause I have always wanted a bigger penis. Even when my clothes are on walking around town I will feel much better about myself knowing that I have a dick I'm comfortable with. I have tried Penis Enlargement before but never kept records or join the site for that matter. So now I try once again and this time I have obviously joined the site and plan on keeping records so I can see progress and hopefully keep me motivated. Thank you you all and here is my progress.


Starting Measurements:

Erect Girth: 5.0"
Flacid Girth: 4.5"
Erect Length: n/a
Flacid Length: 3.5"

Bone Pressed Erect Length: 6.5"
Bone Pressed Flacid Length: 4.5"

Short term Goal: 7.5" (EL)
Long Term Goal: 9.0" (EL)

Unfortunately I have NOT been able to Penis Enlargement past few days due to my g/f getting off work early and being home before I get home and she has the weekends off. Side Note: Since the first few Penis Enlargement exercises and my kegel workouts I have been REALLY horny. I was at a co-workers cooko0ut yesterday and was doing everything I could to hide my erection the WhoLe time I was there. It was so embarrassing.

I finally got some time today to get my routine in. I started out with some [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]Newbie Routine[/words] Stretches but I kept gettin more and more dots on my head...then a rEaLly big red dot and decided to stop those. So I substituted those for the (correct me if I'm wrong) Blue Whale Stretches. And here is what my routine consisted of:

10/30 sec. Blue Whale Stretches
300 Wet Jelqs

Won't be able to get anything in today the g/f is coming home early. So today I have just been doing kegels all day at the times I remember.
 
I appologize everyone I have not had time to do Penis Enlargement. My g/f is always home when I am or I am working but I haven't given up on Penis Enlargement so don't give up on me :P
 
Ur routine isnt time consuming. Just jelq and stretch in the bathroom or Im sure she leaves now and then and she doesnt spend all day every day off at home. Wake up earlier than her or stay up later.

Grab an hour less sleep, half hour in the AM for length and a half hour at night for girth.
 
Or just.....KABOOM!!!!! Drop the Penis Enlargement bomb on her! If you want to see if she notices gains, and your keeping it away from her, cool a lot of guys here have done that. But why not consider letting her know. The more time you take off, the more gains your missing out on.

Warm Up: playing with myself for a few minutes while watching adult entertainment.
Length Exercise: Mandingo Stretch till hand gets tired...dry jelq a little then switch..did this non stop for about 25 minutes.

When you warm up out of the shower, try getting a cloth and soaking in hot water to use as a warm up. The same benefits as being in the shower, just no need to actually get in the shower. Remember to ring the cloth out and don't get it too hot where it burns you.

Look at the temporary gain as a crystal ball that shows you the future. You even get a preview of it in real life. It will stick and go beyond...remain steadfast.

Ok so I have been trying to do Penis Enlargement again and ill do it for 1 day and wont do if for another 3 days...not because I don't want to cause I do ...but because i cant fit it anywhere. But today I am going to start all my stats over and no matter what find time. I will start today as Day 1. July 20th, 2010. From here on out whether I Penis Enlargement or not I will still try my best to update this thread. And if I do not Penis Enlargement on a day I will still consider a day, and not just count the days I Penis Enlargement...Well this is the beginning of a really long journey and I hope all goes well. :)

Today wasn't such a good first day of Penis Enlargement. To warm up I started with a warm shower. Once I got out of the shower I started with Slow Squash Jelqs. I was aiming to do these for about 30 minutes but after doing about 15 minutes of it I could not get hard anymore <:(. So then I moved on to do some stretching doing the Mandingo Stretch. Again I planned on doing it for about 30 minutes but after about 15 minutes yet again the skin started to feel it was getting stretched to much and getting tender. That concludes the Penis Enlargement for today. For the rest of the day I will be doing as many jelqs as I can and wear my cock ring while I am at work.

Day 3: July 22nd, 2010

Today was another ehk day...I don't have the motivation to go all the way through. Also today is the first day I have started to show little red spots all over my shaft after doing slow squash jelqs.

Day 4: July 23rd, 2010

Im having trouble getting motivation for the stretches. The beginner stretches and Mandingos both feel like im just pulling the skin. I tried the one length stretch where you get fully erect and then twist it...problem is i cant get fully erect without a wet cat in my face so I don't feel the pull. I'm probably gonna keep trying Mandingos until I can find something else that works best for me.

Length: 10 minutes of Mandingos, 5 Minutes of Beginner stretches, 5 minutes of erect twist
 
Give yourself another opportunity to work with basic stretching, that sometime, for me, is the best way to get focus on stretching.

Perhaps you should change up your stretching sessions. Maybe even go back to basics completely in the stretching department.

I probably will try this...even though I have troubles being able to hold it everyone has had success rates with them.

This session didnt last long cause I had like 2 weeks worth of buildup and after that 15 minutes It was over I couldn't hold it anymore :P
