I hear ya! Thank God I have the wherewithal to know what is real and what is not. I think many of us who got on the internet back when there was no World Wide W, only Usenet and eventually Intranet then newsgroups and finally the WWW. In this long exposure to an online system I quickly learned to research everything. As information became more and more available I ate it up. Today, any savvy internet user can easily find the real truth on most matters. Problem today is they can get any answer to any question they desire if they look hard enough. Look how many people state that PE does not work, but we know it does. There is also cognitive dissonance, something I deal with in Christian counseling. Many people come to me with very false beliefs in God due to religion (which I detest). They believe that they need to work get into Heaven and as much as I show them this is simply not true, by the Bible itself, they still will hold onto the false belief.

Did a little maintenance measurement today and I was pleased with what I saw! Halfway through the month on my routine and it appears BPFSL is gaining hardcore again. I measured 7 3/4” from the top and 8 1/8” from the side. Can’t wait to take some pics end of month. Also will measure BPEL end of month. Hopefully I can finally see the fruits of my labor come across in BPEL. I believe last pics I posted were 7 7/8” BPFSL from the side and I think 7 1/2” from the top. Time will tell, still have half a month left!
 
Yup I will continue along my journey posting pics as well. Every month or so I like to take and post. I will do so after the holidays. Thanks guys!

On a side note I was reading some other posts on others sites... jeez those people are such Debby Downers. They don’t think anything is possible! They think it will take 10 years of Work every day to gain 2 inches. You will get so discouraged reading that. I think plenty here have proven 1.25-1.5 inches per year with a good dedicated routine is possible.

A early congratulations! I can't wait for the pictures and official measurement. You have been consistent and motivated, I believe you are due gains!
 
Holidays are no good for PE. I've been really slacking on my consistency. Can't wait to get back at it and ramp up!

How so? I’m a little frustrated because I was planning on upping my girth routine after working up my endurance but now I’m worried a week or so off is going to postpone me wanting to do that :(

I've noticed that after a 2-3 day lay-off, I'm able to reach my previous best in my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]BM[/words] cylinder almost immediately..at about 80% pressure. When I get to day-4 of working out, it seems more difficult to reach those same milestones. I'll be doing a session this afternoon (after a 3 day break) and see if the results are similar to the last few months and report back

I guess I’m just very concerned with conditioning. I’m afraid of going too hard too fast and hurting myself :( I’ve done that once before

your concerns are 100% valid and you know your body better than anyone...always err on the side of caution (I wish I could take this advice sometimes :))

So ease back in one foot at a time, no need to jump in the deep end. PE is a lifetime practice and knowing that should take the time anxiety issue out of the way. Start easy and work your way up to a profitable level. This can be done over a few weeks. It can actually be done with [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?64036-My-Best-Work-Ever-Penis-Enlargement-will-Be-Changed-Forever-gt-gt-Gain%20inches%20with%20SRT-Theory-and-Routine]SRT[/words] since it starts off so easy and light for the first 3 weeks.
