I read about Penis Enlargement about a year ago and did it for maybe a month just jelqing and didn't see any appreciable results. I started up again around May 1 of this year at 6.75" EL and probably about 5.8-5.9" EG, which was my natural size. (Little did I know my girth was above average, which would have been very useful information to my younger self when I lost erections in condoms due to them being too tight and lost a few chances at great sex because of it.)
My routine that I have been doing for the past month goes something roughly like this, but I can't keep to too firm a schedule:
-At least 5 days/week- manual stretching, 60 sec. up/down/left/right, V-stretches straight outward for about 30 seconds at four different points along my penis, then I hold it against my stomach and stretch upward until my hands get too sweaty or I get an erection from touching my dick so much.
-Girth- the only girth work I do is the constrictor/squeeze/whatever it's called to enlarge the bottom half of my shaft...I clasp at the base of my dick at full erection then squeeze my glans and upper part of the shaft to engorge the lower half for about 15 seconds. I do this maybe 5 times, about 3 times/week. I don't want my girth to be any larger, so I'm just trying to thicken up the slimmer part of my shaft. Sometimes--maybe twice/week--I do erect bends in four directions for about 10 seconds each.
Just measuring today, I'm at 7.25" EL and 6.0" EG (gains of 0.5" EL and about 0.1" EG in a month), which is surprising; I did not think I would gain so much so fast. My goal is 8X6, and when I get it, I will stop Penis Enlargementing simply because I think sex would be too difficult with too many girls.
Unfortunately (and I think conversely to many people here), my flaccid size has not much improved at all. My length is about 5", on average, and my girth is a little under 5". I am a swimmer, so a few hours every day in a speedo and cold water while exercising definitely hinders my showing capacity. But with a few drinks in my system, I always inadvertantly develop a nice chub around 6.5X5.5, which is good showing size, I'd say.
I also do some foreskin restoration because of my growing turkey neck. I try to do this every day, but usually do it about 5 times/week. I use clear scotch tape in the cross pattern. (Using scotch tape is like using alcohol-based aftershave: it stings at first, but youget used to it.)
So there you go. I also kegel whenever I'm seated (now) and sometimes pin my dick under my leg on long drives for a little lazy ass stretch.
