3 months into Penis Enlargement, and Im up 1" length and .25" girth, I love this shit!
First month gained mostly girth, was doing the DLD Girth Buster routine (pretty stupid as I was a beginner). But I made wicked gains.
2nd month was BTC manuals and Blasters, 1-1.5 hrs/day. That month was an explosion of length, probably mostly due to learning how to measure better lol. What also helped was the transdermal test I was trying.
Month 3 was BTC hanging, 1.5 hrs/day average, and I saw another .25" length gain.
 
Daily Routine for month 4 looks like this:

BTC hanging 2 hours

Upward manuals 1 hour (these are done with alot of force)

SO stretches rolled over a rolling pin 20 minutes (these evolved from the Blasters as I couldnt find a way to make those comfortable)

Mowinman's tunica stretch 15 minutes

Dry jelq 20 minutes every other day


Will do another cycle of the transdermal test with this routine

Looks like Im overdoing it, but my dick is still in good shape after 3 hours hanging, half hour manuals and half hour girth work, so what the hell rofl

I had to take a little bit of a layoff. Ive started up again last week. Im basically doing phase 2 with a few hours of hanging thrown in. Ill post my results...

Nice! I really look forward to hanging again too. I only hung for one set a day but it really increased my base girth.
 
This routine rocks.. Im going to stick with this one for a while, hopefully until I reach 8 BP X 5.5. I've gained more than .25" in length and also .25" in girth in the last 1.5 months. Im at 7.3-7.4 BP X 5.25 midshaft currently..

also for girth Im still doing phase 2 but a little less volume but also doing 25 minutes of clamping afterwards
 
My total workout time per day is maximum 3 hours. A few months back I was doing 4 or more hours per day, I think that was a little fuckin nuts, and probably explains why I wans't getting very good results.

2 hours of hanging/stretching and 30-40 minutes girth work per day with an odd rest day thrown in works great

When I'm only looking for length goals, do you think i can cancel jelqing and the other stuff?
Only hanging 2 hours per day?

If you only want length, which I can't imagine unless you already have incredible girth, then a stretching or hanging only routine will suffice.

Next week(i hope i can manage it) i will go for 10 hours per week,just hanging.
It will be 6 days on with 100min net hanging time.1 day off.
So it will be 6oo min/10 hours hanging time.One day off.

I go all manual. I get in a minimum length workout of 30 minutes everyday. Some days, if I have more time, I go longer.
 
Inspired by the hormone thread in the experimental section, I'm going to start my own experiment. The testosterone one went well, but I think this will be better. I will be using:
Testosterone 500mg weeks 1-16
EQ 500mg 1-16
DHT cream 4-5 days per week
cialis every girth workout (5 days per week)

can't afford I-GF1 :( would be nice, but I think I got a nice stack going
 
started the cycle TODAY
no DHT cream though, but I'm expecting a big boost from the rest. I'm shooting for 8 BP X 5.75+ EG by the end of summer. Yea I know I shoot high (at 7.5 X 5.4 now) ..

Still sticking with the same routine, works really well. Going up in hanging weights, and pulling harder with the manuals, inspired by DLD's post about visualization and the like.
 
Quij, maybe it's just me, but you seem to be gaining like a madman. I'm truly impressed with your progress, and wish you equally continued success in the future. Keep up the hard work and you'll hit your 8" BP goal.

You're right, I'm very happy with my gains. Length is steady, girth comes in spurts.

I started at 6 X almost 5 heh, about 4.8. I knew when I first started that I would gain very fast. Penis Enlargement is very important to me, I put a ton of effort into it. I usually never miss a workout. I stretch very hard with manuals and hanging, it's really gruelling and it's takes a shitload of motivation to get through it day in day out. It's taken me about 8 months to gain 1.5" EL and 0.6 EG, thanks to the boys down here in this forum.
I honestly plan to reach over 10 in NBPL and over 7 in EG.
Hopefully I can help people gain by showing them that if you work hard enough, you'll get the results you want.

I really think twice a day girth training is something for you guys to try, I'm liking it alot. With every other day girth training I lose the fatigue and it's like trying to expand a block of wood too stiff. With twice daily the tunica is soft and easy to stretch, I feel it's alot more effective.
