Today my session was fucked up. I started doing the stretches, but I never get a good grip when the exercises are: up to the left/ up to the right/ straight up; when i'm doing these, i press so hard to get a grip that my head inflates, it hurts and I doesn't feel a good stretch.

Having said that, I will no longer do the stretches upward, and I will add another set of the stretches in the other directions. So my routine will look like:

4 sets of these:

behind the cheeks left/center
downwards to the left/ center/right/ rotary stretches
straight out to the left/center/ right/ rotary stretches

Now, the jelqs also didn't go very well. I don't know why but i started feeling sick, in the middle of the jelqs and had to stop. Today's session really sucked.

The fact is that I already gained half a centemeter in erect lenght, but I don't know if that is cemented yet.

Now some questions:

DLD, is it ok for me to give up the straight up stretches and add another set? will that affect my gains?

Not DLD but I can say what I do.

Put about a dime size amount of baby powder in your palm of one your hands. rub your hands together and you will have great grip.

I have felt wierd before during jelqing. never sick but I understand what you mean. relax and that should go away over time.
 
I also stopped doing the up stretches, and started doing some A stretches. I didn't stop because of discomfort, but because I just couldn’t feel the same stretch as the down and straight out ones.

After the Bath I will take my shower, and then apply some Leech Oil when I get out. When it comes to Leech Oil, I cant really say I have noticed anything, but I did buy some to give it a go, so I figured why not work it in somewhere in my routine. If I feel like I might get lucky that night with the wife I will hold off on the Leech Oil, and then apply it before I go to bed.

Now if it’s also a gym night I will do all the same, except I will hit the gym after I’m done with the FastSize, then come home and finish the routine with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words].

My routine starts on Monday with, Stretching + FastSize + [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] & Jelqs, I will do this also on Tuesday. Wednesday I only do the stretching and FastSize. Thursday I go back to the whole routine, and also on Friday. Saturday is back to just Stretching and FastSize, and Sunday I don’t do anything.

I also take some supplements, Tribulus, L-Arginine, and some Horney goat weed. I did recently buy a complex (Male Response) that has all of the above, plus more.

What I’m about to say may not have anything to do with my gains, but I will say it anyway.

I have two older brothers, both where well into puberty when they started experimenting with drugs and alcohol. I was only 11 at the time I started, do to the fact I had two older brothers to learn from. From age 11 on I was drinking and smoking weed, from there it went to harder drugs, pill addiction etc… it was only in my early twenties that I was able to break these habits and move onto a clean and sober life. With that said I need to mention that both of my brothers are a lot bigger then I, both in body size and in the pants. I remember hearing about comments their girlfriends would make when seeing there cocks, stuff like “what the fuck are you feeding that thing!” this shit made me very self-conscious.

I truly feel my early experimentation with drugs and alcohol did bad things for proper growth, both in overall body size, and also penis size. I think I have underachieved with my body growth, and I’m now trying to make up for it.

It’s obvious from reading the above rant that while I was able to kick many addictions I still carry the need for some sort of stimulation!

Upward stretches are believed to bring Tunica gains but these same gains can be made in girth work through expansion. Skip the upward stretches and replace with outward, look for better expansion in girth work. [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] Girth Blasters are fabulous for expansion, this would bring tunica gains.

Yes, a simple fulcrum will turn a good stretch into a very intense stretch using a very basic fulcrum. Sock stretches, Footlongs, V-Stretches, A-Stretches, etc.
 
yeah i was gonna say, i had the same thing with upward stretches, so i replaced them with upward 'a' stretches- meaning use the fulcrum forearm to pull upwards while your grip arm pulls downward. GREAT stretch for the belly of the penis i feel.

kast, congratulations on living clean and sober man. im in the same boat as you- i had the 'benefit' of seeing most of my family abuse drugs and alcohol, to where it really has helped steer my decision to live sober and clean. and as a reward to ourselves, we have bigger cocks every day! cheers man keep fighting the good fight!
