Hey Tahir, sick avatar, lovely movie. I am 6 foot. Havent maxed in quite a few months, honestly not a real big point I keep it with reps of five nowadays. I hit 365x5 on the incline 2 weeks ago, record best is 498 on the decline. Dead was slightly over 6, never went above 550 for a squat, and now never go above 315. I hate heavy squats, and never plan on competing for them either. I will assume you are interested in the sport?

Nice lifts. I keep up with it but I'm more interested in the competitors' training methods. I've been doing powerlifting routines for this entire year and the results have been a lot better than what I ever got doing bodybuilding. I know what you mean with the heavy squats. Once you hit 6 ft in height the mechanical advantage you have over the weight is complete shit unless you have a weird build. How long have you been lifting?

Bodybuiders do not train right 90% of the time. Their incorrect form, engagement of incorrect muscle groups due to swinging and cheating, make me laugh at them, and they are usually flat out weak for their size. I'd never follow the lead of one of those guys, except a very small few.

I've been at it for 9 years total, power lifting for 6-7. Squats are just annoying to me. Today I did pre exhaustion with extremely isolated leg curls, then went to the smith machine with my feet out in front of my body only 4 inches apart, and went so low my ass was sitting on my ankles, I don't need more than 185-225 maximum for this. Going slow, 135 can even work but it isn't a set taken to failure. I do even weirder angles than that on the smith. I used to free squat all the time, even did 415x3 on front squats down to a parallel box, but it really isn't my thing nowadays (still like the free squat) but I cannot do the odd angles/variations I like that require much less weight due to how dramatic they are.

Upper body is a different story. I will never stop doing deadlifts (still very much lower body) and all the types of benching along with military press. I personal train as a side job so this all has to apply to me if the clients are going to listen.

9 years!!! I've been at it since I was 13 so that's about 6 years including those on and off months when I'd plateau and quit. And then there's the fact that I knew nothing about nutrition when I started. I know what you mean about the bodybuilders or so called bodybuilders. I see cats who've only got development on the front of their torso so their thumbs point inward... they look fucking retarded. They can dumbbell press in one hand more than they can dead lift. Then there's the upper body only fools... and sometimes they try to hit their legs but they just end up doing quarter squats and leg press because "Squatting deep is dangerous".

Powerlifting squared my shit away. I don't do the strict powerlifting bench unless I'm maxing out above what I would call my max just for shits and giggles. Squats... dude my squat has evolved so much this year. I started out doing half squats, then I started going ass to grass, now I've built up so much flexibility I squat ass to grass with a wide stance and keep my chest up through the whole movement. That's high bar too. If I were to compete I'd obviously switch to low bar and just hit a little bellow parallel. Dead lifts... I know what you mean. Dead lifting heavy is like getting high. It's addictive. It pisses me off too cause I pulled 310lbs when I was 16 and then I got run over by a car... so 3 years later I'm just now pulling 405lbs. Plus I went off the deep end and got into all that bullshit circuit training that does absolutely nothing beneficial for you.

It took me forever to learn but I'm starting to get it now. I don't know how you can hate squats. I love front squats so much. For a few weeks I was on a routine where I was front squatting 5 days a week.

Well I "hated" them enough to eventually front squat 415. I just don't need the excess weight on my back anymore, and my legs really shouldn't get any bigger if I want to continue to be able to dress shop. I already have to buy a 38-40 and either have it tailored or crank the belt in. i prefer to just go lighter with them almost like they are an assistance exercise, and always pre-exhaust the quads beforehand so I can go even lighter. Like I said, last time I was in there I put 185 on the smith machine, put my feet 4 inches apart and 1.5 feet in front of me, and sat all the way down and only come up 80% of the way. The quad isolation and growth was pretty nuts. I hated squats because the movement is not natural for my body type. I kick ass on the bench (every angle) and I have a mean conventional dead. Sumo is far behind it.

Trying to balance Penis Enlargement and powerlifting/my calories can sometimes be difficult

Talking about bench, Eric spoto just put up 700lbs raw in competition. Crazy stuff.

700? For real?

Yes sir for real. Dude is a beast and that's an under statement. His has lifted more than that in the gym. That 700lbs was rather a conservative number, enough to win the comp. He's apparently going to be attempting more than that maybe 720 ish in a competition coming up November 3rd.

Well my record of 350 sounds very pathetic now:)

That was a very nonchallant press, wow. I don't have any good videos of me but I have a few good photos of recent progress.

Want to collect some money for me?

Appreciated on both comments. Mike I would do a lot for you for what you have done for...what probably 400,000 men? I don't know how many people are on here, but you've really changed lives.

I cannot for the life of me imagine how strong that guy really is, pressing 700 like that RAW, at probably 30 lbs heavier than me. Utterly insane.

Mike, I have bee hanging for quite a while. I will give you a run through. I have worked up to 20 lbs straight up, my lot is Low. For what it's worth I don't think many members here believe in that here, but in my opinion it definitely holds some weight. At any given angle, the limiting structure in the penis get's hit. In others it is just more.

My limiting factor is the septum, the top part of my penis. The thing is fucking tough. I have been using the bib, hanging over a rice sock and mostly straight back over my shoulder using a pulley. I am reaching fatigue and have to back down to 15 lbs on most days. But my gains are extraordinarily slow. I get that girth can be a limiter, and I know my ligaments and structures are tough, but surely there is a way to fast track this progress. In the past few months I have gained maybe .2 of an inch in BPenis EnlargementL, and .25" BPFSL resulting at an exact 9" measurement, which I want to be my BPenis EnlargementL.

Getting to the point, these original photos I think I was 7.75, the progress has been ridiculously slow.

Eric is the third person in the world to ever bench 700lbs raw in competition. There’s a young Russian dude by the name of kirill sarychev that is Eric closest rival at the moment. Kirill benched 315kg(694.5lbs) few months ago check it out. http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=VifVaqunjl8

Apparently Eric will be flying to Russia to compete against Kirill sometime in the future.

Anyway, Iron great physique. Gains are gains mate. You’ve been doing this for a number of years and it’s only normal for progress to slow down. But the key is you are still making gains. That little 0.25” here and there along the year will add up and look big in lets say 5 years time.

Yeah I suppose you guys are right. Some people just have tougher tunicas. The upside is that I never get injured. I had one of those puffy full vein things ONCE. And that was it.
