The thing is there's many kinds of it, and I don't know exactly what its made from. You should just ask for one that doesn't have too strong adhesive so it doesn't hurt when removing. Maybe even band aids will work the little circular ones

Isn't the usual claim 1 inch per 1k hours extending? Doing 9 a day that'd be like 3.3 months. That's pretty freaking sweet compared to heavy duty manual work gains in that same time frame.

Have you tried the bundled approach yet? It's kinda picking up steam because of it's efficacy. You would have to readjust every so often but by many accounts it's a butt kicker for length.

i dont understand the hours and inch theory ........but i dont think that can be true...cuz the size of penis and cell division speed of every body is different so how can we decide the same gains for everyone ????

so i after doing my length work i realized the blister had turned into a wound ..like a bloody spot and i thought if i use the PF or any if would make it worse....even [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace[/words] wrap was a bit painful cuz the glans are exposed and it would make it hard to heal.....so i took a day off ...

day 10 today

i am letting it heal and tomorrow i will be back at it again....
i should have waited for the blister to heal and then gotten back in the phallogentics.....but atleast i figured out how not to get any more blisters..lol

If you have a blister you must allow it to heal, on it's own, without prodding and popping. If you train through a blister you may end up with a stretched pock mark or scar on your penis.

I'd say no. You want to stay flaccid or you'll risk opening that up.
 
What happened to me was this; I ended up with a blister on my penis, near the base. I popped it and continued to train. Over about 2 weeks I noticed that where the blister was there was now a pock mark. So from that experience I have always advocated that a blister should heal on it's own before training continues.

ill let it heal and not use devices for next 2 days....

but i had been doing pe on and off ...was busywith fever work and festival

the dam blister still hasent gone.....it slighty sstill comes up when i use pf...

And I definitely agree you kinda just need to keep your head down and push through discouraging thoughts and events. All it takes is one skipped day to fuck up a rhythm.

but the past week i have been regular im not keep tracking or writing here....but i am regular with pe for the past one week
i do length work and added 10 mins of jelq after it....then i get into the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Sg[/words] and pf whole day i am in atleast one of them but mostly PF....

i am figuring out a thing for the night now.....i am gonna wear a medium bell with medium sleeve and tie a rubber band to create the vacuum ....ill try this tomorrow and see how it works.....

well....the time i feel it is sliiightly visible is when i wear the PF....but not everytime once in a while.. ..now i understood the settings that suit me in the PF....so no issues......

so i have been cosistent for more than a week i guess and not a days break....only length work and today when i was streching in the evening i felt fatigued in the ligamnets.....i think its a sign to lay off for a day and next day will incorporate girth work also

Fatigue can damper training but at the same time fatigue can be the best time to stretch. In the state of fatigue there is no pull back from the pelvic floor muscles allowing for a greater, longer stretch. The problem with fatigue is it hinders erection quality so girth session or sex may suffer. Finding the perfect balance of these things would be the goal.

we want a nice stretching session we need a flaccid penis,we want girth gains we need an 85%+erection..

focusing on one thing first.once we get what we look for..looking for girthor lenght gains is a lot more reasonable..

I have never experienced fatigue to the point of loses of eq, 24 hours has always been my sweet spot.

We need 100%+ erections that force the tunica to expand on it's own. We need millions of kegels over a couple of years. Eq can be optimized. So it should be, and to the fullest extent. Pun intended.

I can second that. Most my gains comes when i have been in a constant phase of fatiqued ligs.

Its like they give up so all the pulling goes to the penis.


Also remember for night use of pf. To really lower intensity.

Its not about stretching at night. Its about healing in an elongated state so you just need a very soft pull.

I have woken up at night forgotten i had my phallogenics on.
Thought: "what the fuck is this?"

You gotta separate the 2. Can you do a regular kegel without moving your anus? It took me a while but you can train yourself to. That's why DLD always said to do reverse kegels while on the toilet lol. Just in case. Do them after you've already shit. Then you'll be safe.
 
Also, about your fluid retention. Does the blister only come on the head or is it along the frenulum? I don't know why I haven't asked. For the glans cap, did you every think to use plastic wrap for food to wrap around the area the cap doesn't touch?
