Yes and no, sometimes vacuum needs to be upped but be careful with go too tight. As long as the stretch is good you are straight.

Here is a pic of a good set up I've been using. This combo gives the good solid downward stretch on the ligs from the rods and pairs it with the vacuum cap so there is no loss of circulation and no need for breaks. I have a small metal wire wrapped around the top part of the bell and I put it through the 2 top holes in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]sg[/words] and twist it on. As you can see I'm able to get max tension with this set up and wear it as long as I want straight without the need to restore circulation. I have only had one issue and I'm still trying to narrow down the real cause. I've been wearing the PhalloGenics mod during the day for several hours, then at night I attach my Phalosan belt to a rope attached to my bed frame and get a good stretch straight down between the legs all night. I can rollover in any position with no issues.
Until one morning I woke up with a HUGE water blister that literally went across the entire glan right above my urethra.
Now I've had a few small blisters before. Mostly from pumping for too long at too high a pressure. But this thing has had my PE benched now for over a week. No sex and the only thing I can do is wear the sleeves from my stealth to keep me extended.
My reason for the blister I've come up with is, lately if been wearing the protective cap under the PF. And the night of the blister I
Noticed the protective cap slid off the glan slightly and felt a little different than usual. And the next morning boom... Huge blister which resembles the exact area the cap had slid off. The cap sliding off may have created more suction on a small area compared to the usual pressure across the entire glan.
This is my reasoning, if anybody has any thoughts or ideas, I'd be happy to hear them.
