Great mod here that I need to try since I have both devices

Does adding all the extra bars to the device to fit with the PF bell cause any instability in the device? It would seem that it would when you have it extended that far. I have ordered some silicone sleeves like I seen in the video and will try this out when I get them

The power is amazing, huh? I was blown away by this modification and it is so good but there are maybe 3 people using it! Sad as it really i the most powerful way to stretch in an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words].

It's cool. I figured it out. I created a thread about it and posted a pic of my set up.
It works great but there are a few bugs to this system. One is the base ring isn't big enough, two is the fact that it rips up sleeves way faster than the phallosan by itself, and the third would be the method of stretching. The base of the sg presses against the balls causing some discomfort and soreness.
I am very curious about the Size Doctor. It doesn't seem like it would cause any discomfort on the balls and pubic bone area like the sg. I would like to learn more about it but they have a pretty janky website for such a supposedly high end product. That always makes me skeptical.

Yeah that's all good but there isn't any information about how it was developed, who developed it, testimonials, research studies, all that good shit. Their website is shitty as hell.
They do show off their patent and certifications and stuff but even those look janky to me, like a diploma from a community college. The text they use, the video graphics and music, and just the whole layout and design of their website just screams cheap foreign product to me. They actually say "pissing" when they refer to urination. Not very clinical or professional.
I hope that's not the case though. Maybe they just have a really bad marketing and web design department or something.

No he did not design the base model, he took the base model and changed every component to make it completely and absolutely different. There is nothing that can compare to this extender. They have a great idea but they did not do all the work they could’ve and that’s why they’re not selling any of their product. We just took their base design and we created our own
I see. I mean it definitely seems cool. If I didn't care about money I would probably have gotten one already but I'm still trying to get some use out of my sg and phallosan combo. I also am hoping to see something new from phallosan soon but if not I may just go for the size doctor.
The PhalloGenics Gave us many ideas because it’s an incredibly powerful set up. The Phallosan by itself is an incredible device. We just made one that’s much better than theirs.
Yeah the forte is way too weak. I like an extender to almost feel like hanging, which in a sense it is. It's like hanging 6 or 8 or 10 lbs. for a continuous period of time.
I've talked about this before elsewhere but my hope and my prediction is that eventually we will be able to make all length gains from just an extender alone. No hanging weights, no manual stretching.
Maybe that's hoping for too much. I don't know. We'll have to wait and see.

I have a similar one from penimaster. Also uses vacuum. For how long are you able to wear yours? I can't handle more than 2 hours.I found this alternative way to do it. I would go for shorter sets with heavier resistance. You should check out the new SiliStretcher, you will get much more time and intensity from it than any other vacuum hanger or ADS.
