I have found it to be so in my case. I still do a little manual, but I've had far more gains with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] and hanger. I can get more tension for longer periods with devices. Others have had great gains with manual exercise. The thing is you have to stretch your dick in some way to make it longer and expand it to make it thicker. Experiment and find what works best for you.
 
Thanks for the advice, so far my erections are a lot stronger than they were before and that's just after a week of doing the newbie exercise, the only bit i'm worried about is the cementing stage when it comes round.
 
You're welcome. Don't worry about cementing right now. Just concentrate on being consistant with your routine and making progress. When the day comes you want to cement, there is a lot of good information here and over at Bib's forum. I am going to always do some type of pe.

No. I have never taken off for more than a few days. I have read where other guys have cemented, stopped peing and kept their gains. Bib said he lost 1/4 inch after he stopped because he didn't manage his program right, but he hasn't lost anything since. He recommends to cement your hanging gains, to slowly reduce the weight over a period of a couple of months and stop going to fatigue. For myself, I would prefer to continue doing some type of pe program. I enjoy it.
