Just organised my diet and repairing my treadmill so I can get back down to 8-10% by Christmas

so you will see close to an inch gain with out doing anything but losing weight. Add in PE and wow, you will make amazing gains!
 
Ok this is pretty cool.

I've always chose the pe exercises that give the biggest return of growth vs time to do which I know is not ideal but needs must.

Current program is

It's seems an ok program, this is week 11 and I have 2" of flaccid length over my erect length.


The good news is I decided to drop some body fat so I bought a treadmill. My goal on the treadmill takes around 50mins, so I've updated my program

-5min expressive stretching x3

-Cockring for 1hr

-Penis master for 8hrs(4x2hr blocks)

I'm not sure how much more the extra set of pumping and extra 2sets of expressive stretching will give me but I'm happy to try them as I can compound the time and I don't really have any erect gains yet.

This will bring greater expansion. I also suggest to get in Bundled Stretches before each workout (5 minutes is plenty). In converting gains to erect gains I also suggest you do erect stretching 3 times a week for 10 minutes per session. Become erect, grab below the head and stretch straight out and hold for a minute, repeat ten times. Other than that everything looks great.

I'm sure I could do 10x1min erect stretches so will add that in.

Really want girth gains but I've decided to drop the cock ring as the skin where my cock meets my ballsack is numb so I've obviously killed those nerves.

Day 2 of week 13, let's see how we get on!
 
Sounds like you are on the gain train 8x8, if you keep up at this pace you will be hitting that nirvana that BSA talks about, the posterior fornix in no time

the trick is being able to slide-by the cervix which protrudes into the vaginal canal and can cause discomfort if 'rammed', lol. If your penis is long enough, you can reach the posterior fornix in missionary by tilting your partners hips up a tad and yours down...just go easy. A couple women I've been with have squirted for the 1st time from having that area stimulated...just be very sensitive to how she's moving/adjusting to your size
