Yeah it's a time thing. Im on the treadmill for an hour. The routine takes 40mins where as a long shower is 15mins so it fits better doing it on the treadmill 👍🏽

I get quite a bit of fluid build up from the expressive stretching, is that good/bad?

Fluid build up is neither good or bad, it just is what it is. Some men never get it others do. So this is week 16 and I've taken a week off kinda.

At the week ends I struggle to get my pumping or stretching as that's when I hang out with a fb and my lack of visual progress when I stand normally kina broke me this Mon.

Not going to give up, I feel like I can penetrate deeper when I'm at full pelvic tilt but nothing's really obvious just standing normally.

Started pumping on Tues but no stretching.

Will pick up both on Mon coming.
