Ok this is pretty cool.
I've always chose the pe exercises that give the biggest return of growth vs time to do which I know is not ideal but needs must.
Current program is

-5min expressive stretching
-Cockring for 1hr
-Penismaster for 8hrs(4x2hr blocks) stretched left or right.
It's seems an ok program, this is week 11 and I have 2" of flaccid length over my erect length.
The good news is I decided to drop some body fat so I bought a treadmill. My goal on the treadmill takes around 50mins, so I've updated my program

-Penis master for 8hrs(4x2hr blocks)
I'm not sure how much more the extra set of pumping and extra 2sets of expressive stretching will give me but I'm happy to try them as I can compound the time and I don't really have any erect gains yet.
