i wouldn't advice it..anyone that has tried it probably quickly trash the idea...just not due to the lack of circulation but the slippage factor, in order to keep something on all night without it falling off while sleeping it will have to fit on pretty snug then that goes back to the circulation issue..my advice is just do as much pe while you are awake...and let your penis rest when you do
 
I used to clamp during the night...alot of trial and error but eventually got it to work and had some good gains.I made a thread about it a while back.

Also, especially for some o' you young guys, weight training/resistance floods your body with HGH right after a good pump. I'll walk, (car crash wrecked running for me for a loooong time), then I'll do as much of my Penis Enlargement routine as I can while in the Horse stance. I started using a body pillow a few years ago to help with lower back soreness when I slept. One thing I've been noticing lately is that during sleep I have erections that are not only of teenage quality (I'm 45, by the way) but that seem to last for, literally hours. One very pleasant side effect of this is that my girth is expanding virtually on its own. Not only erect girth but flaccid too.

I've come to the conclusion that this is happening because of the way I sleep; about 3/4 on my belly, but also with my legs crossed in such a way that it promotes blood-flow INTO my sleeping penis and discourages blood-flow OUT of it.

So you go to sleep with an erection? Did you find that exercise? Sounds really great. And you're sure the girth gains aren't from girth exercises?
 
the only Penis Enlargement I would even DARE to do when I would be asleep would be a way to keep my penis warm so the blood flows.

Like using a sock or some kind of a peniswarmer and putting it on your penis.
 
I used the autoxleeve for a while, and still do on occasion. It is a system of silicone tubing that you put over your penis, with a very low weight end cap for a light stretch. That has never seemed to bother me because it doesn't interfere with nighttime erections. I just stopped using it because my living situation no longer allows me privacy when I sleep. I don't know that it directly contributed to any gains though.
 
Penis Enlargement requires quick attention as it deals with blood flow. WHile sleeping, if there is a circulation issue, you may permanently fuck your shit up.
 
I put a post about this some time ago but didn't get any response. I have been doing this exercise for a couple years now and have seen great results. It does two things: 1) it pulls on your suspensory lig and lowers your exit point, giving you a longer outside and more usable penis; 2) it gives you more stimulation and thus results in girth increase as well as length increase.
Here is what I do. It is not new, others have commented on it and there are some video's of it on other sites. When you go to bed, pull your legs up and with either a flaccid or erect penis, push both balls and schlong between your legs. Even with full erection, this will work. THEN, tightening your legs, begin to straighten them out and you will feel a tremendous pull on your suspensory lig...Do this gradually so you don't hurt yourself. If you do it flaccid or semi, you can actually get where you can pull your penis back between your butt checks. I have reached a point where I do it every night and pull and stretch and have it pulled clear down now. Great increase in length because of it. GS
 
GS i do remember a post about that a long time ago...it sounds easy enough and safe too..seeing once you fall asleep most likely you will move out of position..there is no danger of losing circulation and that is the only problem try to do pe while asleep...good post
 
I like to do a light workout before I sleep, then ill do a light [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ACE bandage[/words] wrap so i don't risk fluid buildup. Haven't measured anything yet but it seems to be helping my flaccid

The milder it is the more likely it will do nothing. The lighter the tension the more you also need to have it on closer and closer to 24 hours a day. Things like the autosleeve are designed to lighten your wallet. The best you'll get from that is a nice flaccid the next day.
