Well the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] is definitely one of the best overall manual exercises out there, but I am not sure how long it would take using them to gain a whole inch of length as it is primarily a girth exercise and only secondarily a length exercise.

If you are talking about gaining an inch of length with only manual exercises the best one I can think of is the a-stretch/DLD blaster. Because you are using your free arm as a sort of bar you get an intense stretch much further than you would with a normal one handed stretch. If you are into manual exercises and don't do these already, they are a MUST for length.

While I genuinely see no length from cock ring use, it's been said 1000 hours in an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] equals an inch. It would be theoretically possible to gain an inch in 40 days if you extended 24 hours a day the whole time. It's pretty much a fact that people with lives can't do that though.

Although it is possible other work could synergize well with it.

I am not so sure that they meant 1000 hours over any period of time would bring 1 inch, I think it meant something more like 1000 hours over a period of 4-6 months. For example I am pretty sure if you wore an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] for one hour a day without any additional PE that over 1000 days that would still not be enough tension to cause your penis to grow an inch. I think there needs to be a minimum of 4 hours or so a day so the stretching you do in a given day builds on itself and causes further stretching. I think the same idea applies to a maximum number of hours a day that will have an actual effect on length.
 
Yeah bro i think i tried them in the past but i didnt keep an eye on my gains i just kept trying them,but i didnt see gains,heres a brief description of the exercise i was working whit : first i grabbed my glans and i stretch it pulling forward,then whit my free arm i lift the shaft,while pulling the glans creating the ¨shape¨ of an A....Hope you understand it and give me some feedback THANKS... i have no idea why i didnt see gains but im gonna start to practice them again and combine them whit the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words].

Right, and something gives me the feeling that there is a maximum hours a day meaning that more than a certain number of hours will not produce gains or they will be negligible. I remember reading about a few different guys that were extending for 12 hours a day and only gained like a half inch in 6 months. I can't remember where I saw that, or if they were solely extending and not doing any other form of PE, but if I find the link I will post it.

Not to be a party pooper, but I have always been one of those that believe extending is best used tangentially.
 
I would just love it if just ONCE one of those studies would share the fact that none of the men in them had any previous PE experience and therefor they simply made typical newbie gains any other man who first starts PE also experiences. In other words, [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extenders[/words] are no better method than any other to the new, non conditioned penis.

Boohoohoo, you're correct. The minimum required time per day that the honest retailers of [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extenders[/words] will recommend is 8-12 hours daily.

I think it's amazing anyone gains anything by only doing extending. All the best stuff for girth seems to be manual and the best ways to gain length are all device based. Hanging and [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extenders[/words] seem to trump manual stretching easily.
 
yeah i think devices are simplifying gainings in lenght, i have tried manual stretching and yeah its hard to stretch hard enough,besides the external urethral opening gets ¨swollen¨when the grip gets too tight...

I had the same experience.

It's not easy to climb the ruler in millimeters. Really discouraging. Especially if you bust your hump. I actually was discouraged from a length exercise idea I had for intrusive foreskin because I only gained .1 from it in 3 weeks. I may be revisiting it since I have a need to fill some time during breaks. But I recognize that was a bit stupid. I'm betting it will synergize well.
 
mmm ok maybe you should see how can you improve the exercise you have in mind,yeah maybe combining them both,and getting gains would be great....

.1 in 3 weeks is great I think. 1 year of PE if that rate could be continued steadily would make for a happy person

You can definitely gain length with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words], but it is primarily for girth.

Any kind of expansive girth work expands in all ways, length and girth, so yes, [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] will help you with gaining length too.
 
I still say that if you are focused on length and are only doing manual exercises to get into the A stretch and DLD Blasters. They are incredible for length.
 
Jelqs have worked like a charm for me. I wasn't in a hurry, though. So, if you're willing to wait, I'd definitely recomend jelqs (not only it helps with your size, but it has many other [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]penis health[/words] related bonuses). If you're looking for faster results, then probably you should check out the other guys' suggestions. :)

DLD Blasters are one of the most powerful length exercises. They were a game changer back in the day when there was only basic stretching and helped many men go on to make huge length gains.

I think i tried them in the past but as far as i remember,i just cant recall gains...i should start again maybe 250 to 300 a day is that ok ?
