God this is a great place, I've been lurking so long I feel like I know half of you. :)

I've been researching and getting ready to make a commitment to Penis Enlargement. I've played with it a VERY little bit in the past, but finally ready to really do it for real. Here's my question:

My primary focus right off the bat is length, not girth. The wife INSISTS that she doesn't want more girth. While I've got nothing to brag about in the girth department, she is a petite woman, and has always been tight as a glove. In addition I can remember a few times that I've used a pump before sex, and the temporary ballooning did seem to bother her, even with additional lube. I'm planning on gaining some girth obviously... I don't want a freaky string-bean cock... And I'm sure with time, she'll stretch and get used to any girth gains.

Secondly, if this logic IS flawed, would it be possible to substitute dry jelqs in the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words]? I know this sounds like a whiner not wanting to commit, but with my lifestyle there are VERY few hours during the day when it's convenient to have my hands covered in Vaseline... Those hours would likely be very late at night, when quite frankly I run the risk of a lower commitment because of being tired, lazy, a few beers, etc.

With a LOT of 9:00 you can really benefit from hanging or stretching at the lower angles. But you need to condition your penis first so I would recommend the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] as it is (jelquing is very important for this) for at least 1 or 2 months, maybe more.

I understand being tired at night, I`ve missed some workouts becouse of this. You could try getting up 45 min earlier and do it before you shower. Vaseline comes off easy with a bit of that liquid dishwasher products... the one used to dissolve oils and greases when washing dishes.

Did the full newbie workout last night, but only did a one hand jelq instead of the two. Any thoughts on a one-hand instead of the two hand? Does it just take longer, or will I be missing serious benefits?

I assume it will just take longer, however it could allow for a backflow of blood that could have been trapped by the other hand taking over. The idea of a 2-handed jelq is that once the blood is forced up the shaft, the other hand starts at the base to trap the blood in and force more up.

Hopefully you understand what I mean, if you don't then I hope somebody else can explain it better than I can.

Kay, I understand what you mean. I thought I noticed a loss of bloodflow (as compared with what I remember from my previous experience with the two-hand jelq). Shortly after that occured to me, I found myself starting to do a kegel once my hand reached the glans... and holding it while it moved back to the base, and that seemed to keep the blood flowing better. I'm not sure that makes up for the lack of the second hand or not (or even if it's advisable).
 
A kegel would probably work as a substitute to an extent, however a second hand would still be better i'd imagine. Try it one-handed with the kegels and see if you gain.

Well mystery solved. Added the second hand and noticed two things:

-First, it was sooooooooooo much more powerful, noticed a much bigger effect than just one hand with a kegel. Really huge difference, at least for me.

-Secondly, yes I am cursed. Not 5 minutes after I had both hands covered in vasaline, sure enough, the little one woke up crying and I had to scramble around to get the goop off my hands so I could settle him back down and get him back into bed. Ever try to tuck a kid into bed using just your elbows? :cool:

I either gotta try a different lube, or keep a bottle of rubbing alchohol handy for emergency cleanups. :blush: Either way, I guess I won't mess with the one handed thing, if I'm going to do it, might as well do it right.

I would think that stretching and jelqing go along ways to maximize gains. Try jelqing with low erections that should not support girth gains but length.

I also do only dry-jelqs. Works great for me.
 
Actually I have to disagree with you mrdstone about the jelqing at a low erection.

The low level erection will not get pumped to its maximum because it is not at a full erection. The only length increase experienced from this would be from the stretching factor.

Thanks Chi and others. I've decided to ditch the vaseline. Grabbing Dishwasher liquid to clean up in a hurry to settle the child before he wakes up the wife just woudn't work. :) Gotta be quick, y'know! Besides, I REALLY didn't like the idea of squeezing petroleum distilates into my skin every day for the next few years. The body has no way of breaking that stuff down... probably an empty concern, but it's the only skin I've got, and the only cock too.

Experimenting with different all natural lubes right now, stuff like olive oil, peanut oil, coconut oil, etc... they all seem to work pretty well, and can be wiped off the hands with a towel pretty quickly in the case of an "emergency". :)

As far as the erection levels on my jelqs, I've been keeping it pretty varied. Some reps at lower levels, some reps as high as 80% erect. Keeping track of them in my daily log. My penis actually seems to respond better to the lower level jelqs, but I still mix it up.

Ive seen stronger pumps this way:
apply enough hand lotion for about 2 minutes, alternating hands.
Once lotion is "dry", jelq with one hand with longer jelqs and squeezing your PC muscle right before you start up. Alternate hands every few jelqs to keep symetry.
