i wanna know if i can do it with one hand to and i wanna know how many times a day i should do it how many reps and how many times a week

Start out simple...

i found a page that said to do 50 jelqs a day im doing that so i can get used to it but im having trouble i tried it and i dont think i did it right

Explain thoroughly how you did this.
 
keep working on it try lube/no lube figure out the right technique for yourself. the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] is a great tool that will also teach you to give yourself expansion and is a great combo with jelqing/ulis

try doing it lubricated or with water in the shower, that helps way better than dry. Dry can cause skin problems
