Ive read through a lot of routines. but everyone varies so much with time, privacy, equipment. I wanna post my idea of a routine and see what people who know much more than I have to say.

First off, my goals are not outrageous. I want to gain 1" in length and 1/2" girth....I dont care if it takes years either.

He is my drawing room idea:
* 30 mins hand stretching in AM (between house and drive to work)
* get my kegels in during work (I like to alternate 5-10 second holds one day then quick 1 second kegels the next day..this works well for me)
* 30 more mins stretching on way home

I have ironically been keeping a journal since early may. my foundation at the moment is 15 min jelq in AM and PM, 1000+ kegels a day wether it's 1200 quick kegels or 200 five second holds(which has made my EQ vastly better in only a month) .....as of now, that's it. That's why i wanna get a lil more agressive

Sounds like we have a very similar plan, I've just been considering more or less the same thing.

On thing I've noticed is that even though it isn't the same as the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] or even [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]uncle jim[/words]'s strap, the engorged state you maintain with the cockring is longer as well as thicker than usual, so it seems logical that this would still aid with length if you were wearing it all day at work, just to a lesser extent than one of the other options.

Also, when you do get a pump I definitely suggest kegeling while you're in the pump. This is something I only started doing recently and it really makes a difference as far as maximizing your expansion during your sets.
