Recently I have decided to lay off the pumping and clamping and try a new girth exercise.

What has worked for you, what hasnt worked for you?

Im pretty experienced, so that doesnt need to be a factor in the exercise choices.

If you're not using a cockring you're missing out. Even if you don't use it as a clamp for the actual girth session, you'll keep your post pump much longer, and your erections in general will be thicker because of the constriction. I made a post a few months back about how the first day I wore my cockring I got up to 5 3/4 from about 5 1/8. Granted, I was especially horny that day so I had more erections, but still, I think you'll be converted for life once you try it out.

Or maybe you already are and I'm making an ass out of myself. :D

As far as exercises, I'm really loving the Isolated Compression Squeeze lately.

Cy- Yes Ive been using a cockring of sorts. I use a jelly one and love it. I tried a metal one and didnt like it all that much.

Isolated compressions and ulis huh. Will give those a try.

I swear by 'em. This may be the single best girth exercise without constriction that you can do. I always think of them as the "accordion squeeze" ;). You can also just squeeze your base with one hand and right below your glans with the other, leaving out the squashing. I certainly recommend doing this one with a constrictor. ULIs are great for building the top part of your shaft, along with your head. I suggest doing them as a warmup without constriction and with constriction after you're warmed up. I don't like doing the Horse 440's because I hate the feeling you get when pushing blood out of my glans. I prefer to squeeze just below the glans, while having constriction at the base. This works the bottom part of your shaft.

I think you have to work all three parts of your shaft- bottom, middle and top- in order to achieve the best results. Full engorgement while doing these exercises is very important. If you ADC afterwards for 2-4 hours with either a hose clamp or cockring, even better. Pumping once or twice a week will also help.

The key to building a fatter, more voluminous cock is blood flow. I've said this time and again. You need to expand the spongy penile tissue, as well as your circulatory system. You should rejoice when you see new veins you haven't seen before, as well as bigger veins where smaller veins used to be. That's a clear sign of progress. The same goes for the appearance of "ribs". All of the above things will help do this. Pumping may not be very effective for achieving permanent gains, but it's a very powerful tool for building bigger veins and stretching your tunica. If your tunica isn't stretched enough, it'll be that much harder for the spongy tissue beneath to be able to expand.

The best measure of penis size, in my view, is volume. The average sized cock, as defined by Kinsey at 6" EBP by just under 5" EG, is about 11.5 cubic inches. In comparison, a "big" cock of 7.5" EBP by 6" EG is 21.5 cubic inches- nearly twice as large by volume. A girl who has had both may comically say that the big cock had to be "twice as large" as the average one. In reality, that's actually true. In volume terms.

One other thing to keep in mind about volume is that each gain of a third of an inch in girth equates to a full cubic inch of growth. On the flip side, every inch of length gained equates to the same cubic inch of growth. To get mathematical on your asses, girth's importance to volume growth is exponential (because it's squared), while length's importance is linear. So, building girth is first and foremost the best way to build a bigger dick. This is not unlike an experienced bodybuilder telling someone that the best way to build a bigger upper arm is by working the tricep, not the bicep.

Try not to overdo it, though- especially with the constriction. Don't go for that extra notch if it's already very tight. You've got to keep this in mind at all times, particularly if you achieve any gains. If you used to always clamp down 7 notches, after you gained (and you probably won't even be aware of the gain), you'll only be able to do 6 notches. Don't try to force it to 7 like before. In terms of my own gains, I've gone from 5.3" to 6" EG and I would say I went from 5.5->6" using mainly those SSJs. Keep doing what you're doing every day and you'll reach your goal.

My best gains in girth have always come from simple Ulis. If you do 15-20 of those it's fat city.

I do ULI's just for full engorgement after stretching exercises and I know I'm gaining girth and head size.
 
Just got done with a rockin workout. Vanna on my mind of course makes it easy. lol

Tried a superset with SSJs, jelqing, a few ulis and threw in some Isolated compression squeezes and holy shit the girth was probably the best Ive had. Not much fluid buildup either. The vein I was getting was right by my head after pumping and it was starting to become slightly painful and looked odd, that didnt pop up at all. I cant even really say it was a vein, it didnt have color, so Im not sure what it was.

I feel that when I work girth everyday that even though there is a soft feeling even when I am fully erect, I notice that I actually feel more pressure on the tunica and the CC. It's a great feeling after being stuck for so long. I totally agree with Barak, girth is very important in regards to enlargement....
 
This combo is POTENT!!!

I woke up this morning with EXTRA LARGE girth from the workout the afternoon before. About 18 hours later. Slept til 10, finished workout about 4 day before.

Did the same workout today and got the very same results. All I can say is WOW! I only did about 20-25 minutes each time.

Would love some others to try it and let me know what they think.

I would love to try the exercise but I cant do it, I dont figure it out.
