Eg-freeking-xactly. It's taken me 9 years of off again, on again Penis Enlargement to go from 5" non bp and 5" girth to 7" non bp, 6.25" girth. Granted I'm bigger now flaccid than most men are erect, but damn it's taken a lot of time. Even if I'd been a LOT more consistent, we're looking at at least 3 years of total Penis Enlargement time. Surgery can accomplish the same or better results in 1-1.5 years. That is if a man is needing to follow a post op hanging routine. If all a man wants is girth, we're talking 3 months of total healing time.

And I guess its best to have the length surgery first, then wait like 6 months or something, then have girth (or multiple girth surgeries!).

I'd probably wait at least a year between length and girth surgeries. The reason is that you should hang for a while to solidify gains from length surgery, but you can't hang while healing from girth surgery.

You really need to watch your attitude. I'm not one for banning people but this is REALLY pushing the limit. We don't need this spiteful attitude around here.
 
DLD made his gains natural. There are guys in this topic against natural pe. I don't want newbies to come read what they say and go straight into surgery. DLD's exercises are designed to give gains without surgery. These guys are also lying about how long it takes to gain. This will make newbies want to go into shit surgery even more.

Not everyone holds your same viewpoint. Besides, it's not like someone can just "go get surgery." It's a process that builds up. If someone is willing to risk surgery for potentially quicker gains, and they have the money, more power to them.

Like Still said many guys [myself incl] have spent years getting to where we are at now and at times you reach a plateau and have to take breaks and than resume again. In someways its similer to bodybuilding in that the body can get used to the trauma and growth so you do this and that to get it to do something again. Surgery gets past that albeit it costs but I will be HONEST with you all .... if I had the cash and everything in my life was going ok i.e. the house, career etc than I would go for it. More length would be my aim and chuck some girth in. I'm nearly convinced that many of these pornstars do it like Mandingo and Shane to some degree.

Also back to natural methods ... I'm going to make a new thread on this so dont hit it much here but I feel allot of our potential with regard to natural pe gains is genetic .. just like with gaining muscle. We can only get so much but surgery would bypass that. We all have the potential to gain very much but its obvious not many would ever make it to 10 inches erect length even with the best will in the world.
