Here's my story:

Ever since I started masturbating, apparently I had been doing it wrong. Without getting into it too much, basically I would like flat on my stomach, cup my flaccid genitals, and balance my weight on my hands. This pressure eventually became second nature to me, and as such I became able to ejaculate while flaccid. No need for an erection....at least not in my early, early years.

Anyways, I'm now 20 years old and think it is ready to make a change. I had emotional issues after my first girlfriend and I broke up. I brush them off, but it does make me wonder how big I can get just to get back at her. Currently, I'm guessing my erect length is between 5.5 and 6 inches, but it fluctuates every time I measure. Unfortunately I don't know for sure, because....

I haven't had a 100% hard erection in I-don't-know-how-long. I saw DLD's story about how he got into Penis Enlargement to fix erection problems. To me, that is my number one goal. Every erection I've had for the longest time has been thick, but rubbery. I can't remember the last time I was too hard to bend my penis even a little bit. My Resolve:

I was never a person to sit idle when I feel there is something I can do. Be it community service, for my education, or personal health benefits. So my plan is to accomplish three things:

I am currently a student, working on a computer science degree. I am on the internet pretty much 24/7. Anyways, as a CS student, I am programming a lot. As such, I've gone ahead and made a computer program that will help me, and hopefully others meet their goals. It is a Penis Enlargement Routine Builder. I spent the last week working on it, and now that it is done I can't wait to use it and meet my goals!

Double-click an exercise to add it to your routine, or double-click it on the routine list to remove it.
You can save and load routines, build a massive library of exercises with which to build routines from, and it will pace you with a countdown timer so that you stay on track and won't get distracted.

If you are in the middle of a set, the countdown will appear in BLACK.
If you are in the middle of a rest, the countdown will appear in BLUE.
if you are done, it will display "Done!" in RED.

So that is my story, I've never really told anyone any of this, but this is such a supportive community I feel completely comfortable. I will work on my resolve until I get my erections, inches, and ability to ejaculate. I will pace myself. I will stay on track. If I get off track, I will force myself back on. I will do this. It will become another part of my day, just as brushing my teeth is.

Also, if you have any recommendations for my resolutions please don't hold them in, especially if you speak from personal experience!

PS: If you have any questions about the program, feel free to ask. I'm sure there is a bug or two in it, but if you don't purposely try and break it, you shouldn't have any problems. If you run into problems with loading and saving routines, copy and paste the COMDLG32.OCX file into your WINDOWS/System32 folder then type "regsvr32 COMDLG32.OCX" into the command prompt (be sure right-click and open command prompt as an administrator if you're on Vista or higher).
 
Day 1 was last night. However, I think if I had, I might have ran into problems today (Day 2). The exercises alone from Penis Enlargement are enough to make my penis sore, any more and I may not be able to sustain a 7 days a week exercise plan.

Anyone else have to forcibly pace themselves in this?

If you are all done doing your Penis Enlargement there is no reason to allow yourself to masturbate. As a matter of fact, in your case where you have issues around masturbation, you can practice things like edging which will help you straighten out your masturbation issues.

As far as time off goes, this is really up to you. Some guys can go 7 on with no problems and make great gains other need days off. Find what works for you.
 
First of all, your honesty and attitude is obvious and positive...this will be your biggest benefit. Your goals sound very much like my own at one point and I can encourage you by saying I accomplished all of that plus more. Even today I find Penis Enlargement serves me. I am not looking for additional gains but I am always searching for new ways that others can make gains. Better erections will happen in the first week. Correcting your mental disposition on masturbation will take some time but you have a very positive mental will...you will conquer this. The 2" gain you want will come with time and during this period you will be reaping the benefits of your other goals.

A women's biggest attack on a man is penis size and treat all comments around this as such. The point is 90% of women that have had sex have not experienced anything beyond average. The other 10% are split between above average and below average...Have confidence in yourself and be sure not to bade your confidence on anyone else.

For some reason, hearing you say that about post-Penis Enlargement masturbation helps to not do it. I'll be doing my Penis Enlargement exercises here in about 30 minutes and I don't think it'll be an issue anymore. Your word is pretty much law on this type of stuff.
Although the exercises are intense, I plan on 7 days a week unless something bad happens. I think if I go everyday as long as possible, and take days off when I absolutely need to recover (bruising, or whatever) then my goals might be reached sooner.

Also, I've read that currently you're at 10.5 BPenis EnlargementL. Where did you start? If you were still seeking length gains, could you make them? Is there a point where your penis just says, "No more. This is as big as I get." What's to stop someone from achieving a 15incher if this isn't the case?

Go 7 days and if it seems to be too much drop a set or two from each exercise until it is a happy medium. I think daily training promotes good habitual practice. Whenever I would try to do something like 3 on 1 off it started to look like 3 on 10 off, etc. I am a creature of habit on every level so when I want something that requires effort it becomes a staple in my daily routines. The only reason I ever saw the need for time off was if I was on vacation or if I hurt myself...neither happened:) so it was daily training for 5 years straight.

I started at about 6" x 4.75" and it took me about 4 years to make the gains I have made.

I've heard about using a rice sock as a warm up. Is this exactly what it sounds like? Fill a sock with uncooked rice and throw it (I assume) in the microwave for about 30 seconds?

I got threw the stretches just fine, but ended up getting a phone call right as I was transitioning to the jelqs. By the time I got back to my routine, I was pretty tired, but managed to finish it anyways, albeit almost completely flaccid. I figure if I still do the routine, it will help cement Penis Enlargement as a part of my life, even if some days are better than others. It is good to follow through, even when it is not the best session.
 
I'm four days strong now. My erections are getting better. Still not 100%, but it's great to feel this stuff work. I think this is due mainly to kegels, according to what I've read. I've been holding for exactly 5 seconds each time because of my program, so everything is timed right. I sat in class the other day and did some at the desk, but I was counting way to fast...I guess I wanted to get them over with. I ended up doing more later that night to make up for it.

Can't wait for Day 5. Still haven't masturbated yet, which is a good thing.

Just finished Day 10. My erections have been getting noticeably harder, just working on maintaining them. Still not 100%, but getting close.

I'll put on some adult entertainment to get aroused, and usually get a very hard erection (not 100%, still some bend) and it'll get more flaccid as I start to jelq. I'm guessing this is normal.

Thought I would ask this question though. When I finish my stretching, I usually do the kegels before the jelqs. This way I can just clean up and head to bed. However, for some reason, doing jelqs hurts for the first 25 or so. Is it because I have a harder erection for these reps? Does jelqing with a fairly stiff erection normally cause pain? I don't think I'm jelqing too hard...
 
I would say you should feel some pressure and the tissues expanding, but if it hurts then maybe youre doing it too quickly or not enough lube? Maybe you also have some internal bruising. Did it always hurt like that or has it just been recently?

When I'm doing jelqs and kegels in my routine, i kegel once between each Jelq. Keeps me saayyyy 75-80% hard and gives me the PC workout. Try that and see if it stops you from getting too hard and stops the pain.

If it hurts, stop. In saying that... if its only the first 25, maybe ur dick is just giving you attitude for putting it to work :P

I use it as a super-setting tool. So if I was doing 300 jelqs I would break the sets into 3-100 jelq sets using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] in between each. So the workout would look like:

Also, I'm picking up parts today to make a Captain's Wench. Do you think I'm trying to do too much too fast? Should I wait to start hanging and supersetting girth routines? I do all my kegels now back to back without rest. 100 quick kegels, 50 five-second hold kegels, and one full minute kegel hold.

Day 14 was just stretches and kegels. I'll be doing only kegels and stretches until the skin on my shaft heals a bit. Once it does, I'll go straight in with 600 jelqs per day. I suspect this will take 3 days to heal completely.

Day 15 was an off day.

Day 16 (Today, February 26, 2010): Also an off day. My dick still has scabs from jelqing... Nothing big, but it's hard to stretch with it, so gonna have to let this heal.
