Hi guys
i just registered and have been Penis Enlargement'ing for some years but have mainly focused on stretches...for the past half year I have been doing 350 wet jelqs and 15 minutes stretching ( TOW, V-streches while reverse kegeling, JAI streches) but i have only gained 0.5cm ( not even worth mentioning in inches)
i have been doing it one day on and one day off - maybe i should start doing 5 on and 2 off
any suggestions?´

Hmmmm, it doesnt sound at all intense enough.
The 15 mins stretching on a 1 on 1 off basis, would have to be done very damn intense and hard for it to replace a good 45-60 minute session, I feel you didnt go hardcore in the sessions.
If I were you, goto the Newbie section and look top for DLDs [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]Newbie routine[/words], its really good and intense for kick starting guys onto a Penis Enlargement path.
Also dont be fooled into thinking its easy cos its got Newbie in it, the routine is strong and will yield gains if done to the letter.
An alternative is you Look at the top of this section for the ''Lazy Bastards routine'' , not saying your that or anything, but its a good intense yet short routine that can get the user onto another more reguler Penis Enlargement path.
 
thanks red for your time - i think now i will do 5 on and 2 off and still maintain the 15 minute stretch workout followed by 30-40 minutes of wet jelqs?
or do you think i should stretch more - the newbie program "only" includes about 10-15 minutes of streches, so i am correct by saying that what you think i should improve/change is doing more days a week in order to increase the intensity?
your time is appreciated!
 
just registered here and started my more intense workout, before i only did 1 on and 1 off, and have been doing it for a couple of years

length now - 18.5cm
goal - to keep doing this program 5 days on and 2 off

NOW

monday: 15 mins stretch 300 jelqs
tuesday : 20 mins stretch (up, down, right, left + 10 second TOW, V-stretch) 400 wet jelqs ( 50 dry)

any comments - would love to hear from dld

seems like a crazy world you've created - did you imaging being this big and in this way when you were walking around eating your ice creamn as a 10 year old with no thoughts about your penis etc...hehe

at the moment this is more important to me than lifting weights....funny how priorities change

wednesday : 20 mins stretching 400 jelqs (50 dry)
thursday : 20 mins stretching 400 jelqs (50 dry)
friday : 20 mins stretching 500 jelqs
saturday : only doing stretching today - 20 mins

i have posted some questions in the other sections too, but my main question at the moment is whether or nor i should reverse kegel when doing the stretches....
i have to admit i don't really see the purpose of doing the kegel anymore, since i only use the reverse kegel during sex
my only worry is that all the kegels i have done have made my muscle strong in such a way that it takes most of the pressure when stretching
therefore i'm thinking about continuing to do the newbie stretches but while RK'ing

today is a total of 13 work-out days
broke my ruler a couple of days ago...i wanted those centimeters so badly, so i ended up breaking it - well it probably for the better as it'll keep me from measuring....so the truth is out there....just need to buy a ruler again....hehe
i think i will stretch some more throughout the day ( when going to the toilet) as many of you are doing

have one question: on cheekycherry i remember being told that 50 mins was the maximum limit for a session - i'm now doing 1h + as many of you - so is max of 50 mins simply crap?

the first time i did my routine it was over an hour....you can go over an hour just by stretching or jelqing....i think you will be fine...as long as you warm up and warm down good enough..good luck
 
I would say that 1 hour thing is someones personnal opnion that was simply FEAD to the whole forum.
Having had dealings with Matt and the crew lol from CC, I know they kinda like a Cult .... do as much you like, their is no real limit, unless you do like 5 hours perday ect.

monday 30 on - today I have had a total of 26 workouts ( in about 31 days)
will measure in one month - it's difficult to see whether i have gained, afterall spotting a quarter of an inch can be quite difficult with the naked eye

I have trouble seeing an inch sometimes:D The mind can be a tricky ass bastard in Penis Enlargement. I am looking foward to your official measurement.
 
back again...
on monday August 30 I had done 26 workouts
since then I have done:
tuesday August 31 - friday August 3 on
sat+sun off
august 6 mon - august 10 friday on
sat+sun off
august 13 mon - august 17 - on
for the past two weeks I haven't done it on wednesdays
so now I have a total of 26 workouts plus 12 workout
so 38 workouts, which isn't that much compared with my previous program where i did one day on and one day off
before I would do 15 workouts per month, so know I've done 38 workouts in a bit more than 6 weeks
my girth has increased...tried measuring, before it was about 12cm now it was about 13 cm....this was expected as i have never jelqed much before
with regard to stretches....i tried measuring a week ago....and I think it had grown 0,2cm...not a lot....
I think it difficult to measure in a consistent way...so I always do a series of measurements and of course the size will always range within 0,5 cm, but I always take the maximum measurement I was able to get as this seems to be the most consistent way to do it...
but still not major length gains....don't know what to expect...i'm doing 20-25 mins of stretching followed by 40 mins of jelqing....any suggestions DLD...or should I just keep going and be patient

by the way thanks for your support....aqnd it's true that it's diffcult to see changes with one's eye...althougn an inch I think i would be able to see...hehe
but just imagine women then...i think a lot have difficulties distinquishing between different sizes..they let feelings, appearances etc. interfere with their judgement
anyway...i'm gonna keep at it with my routine.....
