measuring stats as of last measurement (last week) NBPenis EnlargementL - 6 3/4, MSEG - 5.
my goals are to get to the magic 8x6, but maybe more girth when i get there!

been doing p.e. a few years now, i have gained 1/4 inch in both erect length and girth but seem to be stuck, not grown in ages!

routine - 04/05/2010

4 sets of hanging with a bib at 15.4lbs for 10 min each.
25min wet jelqing.

didnt get as much done as i would like, too busy. but my GF said if i really want to get big i can spend every minute i have spare doing my exercises, so hopefully going to up my work!

DLD - erm i dont really have a "set in stone" routine, i kinda just do what i can on the day. what i posted in the main section asking about my routine that you answered was a routine that i have done a few times, which i am trying to stick to something like that.

hanging - 20min at 15.4lbs, 10min at 17.6lbs, 10min at 19.8lbs, 7min at 24.2lbs

DLD - my penis probaly watches 2-4hours of TV a night lol!

3 sets hanging - 19.8lbs for 12min, 19.8lbs for 10min and 17.2 for 14min. felt quite fituque today from the heavy work on sunday!
clamped for around 15min, but not 100% percent on the time.

laocoon - i use a silicone cup that is attached to a knee strap which i brought from ebay for £14, i normally do about 3 hours before taking it off for a wee, then re-apply straight away for another 2 hours, which i take it off for 30-40min and re-apply for about an hour, hour and half.

Routine 11/05/10 and 12/05/10

no P.E. over these 2 days because i have cut my banjoe from to much wanking so i am giving it time to heal!
might attempt a few sets of hanging 2mo, il see how healed i am looking!

yes OUCH was defo one word i kept using lol, i seriously could not pull back my foreskin! but all seems better now!

hanging - 1 set for 21min @ 11lbs, 2 sets for 15min @15.4lbs
