Good move! Doing girth through an ingrown hair can cause serious scarring and infection. As I said earlier use a hot compress until you see the black hair come to the top and when it does take a tweezers and gently remove the hair. Over the next following days it will drain and you should be back to work.
Yup that's what I've done but my clumsy ass completly yank off the hair by accident...
So now I just need to let it heal for some days and hope he'll grow strong enough to push through the skin this time !

If you have bacitracin can help heal quicker and reduce any kind of scarring.

Maybe you should stick with length only until you make your goal and then switch over to girth if that something you’re interested in. Some people do better by separating the two.

I'm just waiting the spot where the ingrow hair was to completly heal before coming back to girth workout !

Good and make sure it is completely healed because the small hole that will be left behind may widen or deepen during certain exercises. So keep our eyes on this to make sure you’re fully healed.
 
I pray that you get back to work tomorrow too.

I'm glad several Brothers are using it, it actually can make following a progress log for everyone (even the creator) easier to follow. Suits some people at least! With that said, main thing is to keep a log and follow the progress.
