Just a small tease, there's an "insert table" function in the formatting bracket/bar.
I'm glad several Brothers are using it, it actually can make following a progress log for everyone (even the creator) easier to follow. Suits some people at least! With that said, main thing is to keep a log and follow the progress.

This week I've defenitly notice that my flaccid is longer, when erect I'd say it's a bit larger but we'll really see next sunday when I'll do my monthly measurement
I know I could do SSJ between every 5 min of BM but I just don't like doing them, They're great but I just don't enjoy doing them... So I won't do them for now at least
Also I like doing "longer" session in the BM at a pressure a bit less stronger, you probably have notice that at the end of the week I go from 20min to -> 15min, it is because I decided to put more pressure and get a quarter of an inch further in the BM and Restart staying a bit longer next workouts

When I started Using the BM I did encounter some fluid retention big time but now I just don't get anymore this much fluid retention, and if I do see some I just wait 1-2 min and this is enough for 85% of the fluid retention to go away and then put the cockringWben you’re doing these longer sessions are you seeing a lot of fluid buildup or is it mostly tissue expansion? The whole reason for the SSJ between sets is to rid yourself of the fluid retention. If you’re not seeing any retention then there’s no problem with what you’re doing. But if all you’re saying is retention then I highly recommend incorporating the SSJ.

Befor I was putting the cockring directly after the session but not only I was keeping all the FR but I was gaining FR even more, so much it kept my skin stretched...now my balls hang lower(xd) because of the excess skin it created, But don't worry it didn't happen anymore and I even appreciate it because I was looking to get my balls to hang lower by stretching it somehow...
It is medium or gentle it depend but not aggressive, and for the time needed to get the fluid disperses I'd say around 2-5 min.It’s amazing when we put that stress between the penis in the scrotum and see how much lower the penis hangs when there’s that division there. And it’s so easy to create, the testicle health massage and stretch is all anyone needs to do to get an incredible flaccid hang.
When you’re seeing fluid buildup you said you just go and you jerk off and that releases the fluid? Is this aggressive jerking off or is it gentle? How long do you have to go until the fluid disperses?
It is medium or gentle it depend but not aggressive, and for the time needed to get the fluid disperses I'd say around 2-5 min.
It's the time I take too look at this juicy boy erected and can't stop watching him at it's best size post-BM.
I jerk off to maintain that state and when I tell myself it's enough for today most of the fluid is gone and I put the cockring on

If you’re looking for more fun I suggest picking up the SiliStretcher and start doing the reverse pyramid hanging and you will make gains so quickly it’ll blow your mind. BUT I've already raped my wallet for the bathmate(cwl) I wasn't having much but now I need to look out my money !
And before seing your message I trash it a bit more to get the stuff for the vacun vin mod so I really won't be able to get more PE devises for a long time
But I'm glad I have the BM now, he carry most of my gains for the last month !
Plus I'm starting to get the allday BM effect !
