Wben you’re doing these longer sessions are you seeing a lot of fluid buildup or is it mostly tissue expansion? The whole reason for the SSJ between sets is to rid yourself of the fluid retention. If you’re not seeing any retention then there’s no problem with what you’re doing. But if all you’re saying is retention then I highly recommend incorporating the SSJ.

When I started Using the BM I did encounter some fluid retention big time but now I just don't get anymore this much fluid retention, and if I do see some I just wait 1-2 min and this is enough for 85% of the fluid retention to go away and then put the cockring

That’s very interesting, in the beginning did you find yourself taking on fluid? Or have you always been someone that has gotten pure tissue expansion? If you did take on water how long before it stopped happening?

It is medium or gentle it depend but not aggressive, and for the time needed to get the fluid disperses I'd say around 2-5 min.
It's the time I take too look at this juicy boy erected and can't stop watching him at it's best size post-BM.
I jerk off to maintain that state and when I tell myself it's enough for today most of the fluid is gone and I put the cockring on

I used to get fluid in the pump, but I found that wearing something to coat my penis, like a protective layer from the outside forces of the vacuum. In those early days it was a condom, plain and simple .. it worked to an extent, but it isn't strong, you need to keep buying them. Now we have the sleeves, and they are awesome at keep the FR down.

Also, by maintaining the highest erection quality as possible, you will be ensuring that when the vacuum is acting upon the penis, all that blood inside the expanded penis, is being forced to work .. as apposed to it being flaccid, sure it will still get results inside a pump because the pressure induces an erection, but its always best to have the erection yourself, the blood is already in there naturally fully expanding the penis, so when the pressure gets to work its essentially working with more, has more to bite at so to speak. It also reduces FR, having an erection when you pump.

Finally, contrary to popular belief in what we would assume, wearing a sleeve around the penis when inside a cylinder under pressure with a vacuum [pumping] does not hinder the expansion in size, this is simply down to how the pressure works, and that it doesn't get the penis engorged simply from the outside, of course not, otherwise we wouldn't be able to induce an erection with a pump .. blood is inside the penis right? the pressure build up acts upon the circulatory system, the internal penis is affected.

I can see why it can seem conflicting wearing a sleeve with pumping, when you want expansion, but understand the forces are working from within the penis ... a fair amount of expansion previously without a sleeve, will have been mainly fluid retention.

OK I got you. That sounds just perfect. I guess the SSJ you are replacing with jerking off and if that disperses the fluid you’re good to go. It also sounds like you’re having a lot of fun which is so important in PE, when things become boring a plateau can happen. Keeping things fresh and fun it’s so important to keeping you in the game.

As far as the retention go with what Red said above as it solid and good advice.
 
I'll chime-in regarding the dreaded 'donut effect' and Fluid Retention...similar to what Red posted, I've found that the higher my EQ is, the lesser the FR. If I can maintain 90%+ throughout the entire session, the FR is minimal and only takes a few minutes of compression squeezes to eliminate the majority (I still have some directly where my incision scar is from circumcision and that remains almost always). Keep in mind, I have modded my X40 and pump with the most intensity that I can stand (just on this side of pain, but certainly in the discomfort zone).

This gives so much confidence to those looking on from the sidelines. A small week in term of PE, I must admit that I've been feeling a bit down lately...
My feelings correlate to the weather ? sadly it's been raining for 3 weeks I know it isn't much but it doesn't help

Also I think I'll put back a day of complete rest because My EQ is just not surviving a 7/7 day training for more than twice weeks, I think adding just one day of rest every week or two will help preventing that

I keep having this issue where for 1or2 day I'm having my dick with a larger girth than usual (without any FR) and then the day after it looks like it become thinner to gain a bit of length which in a certain sense is not bad but I want my girth ?!
 
We all go through ups and downs we all have good days and bad days, take it on the chin shake it off, and get back to work. It’s like you’re climbing Mount Everest you’re always climbing up and down but consistently you’re getting higher and higher.

Looking really good my brother, excellent routine. If you’re looking for more fun I suggest picking up the SiliStretcher and start doing the reverse pyramid hanging and you will make gains so quickly it’ll blow your mind. Plus the fun factor with a SiliStretcher is incredible because you can do so much with it. Check it out below.

I have used the Mandingo Stretch back in 2009 soon after it came out, very good.

Heres a list of some intense stretches you may like to try for your progression.

Well there’s plenty of other stuff you can do to see growth happen, many different routines, many different exercises. Before there was equipment all we had was our hands so if you looked into some of the older exercises you’ll see that I created some very intense routines as completely manual (super sets) to make And then more effective . The bathmate is easy as you will use the 5×5×3, it’s a no brainer. But with your length work let us put together a routine that’s going to be intense enough to make length gains. You can also incorporate many fulcrum exercises by simply using a PVC pipe. The fulcrum exercises can be found in the PowerAssist thread. Fulcrum exercise is very powerful and will bring manual gains very quickly.

Every bit of work we do is so valuable I’m so glad that you appreciate that. This type of attitude will help you during plateaus and tough times. The road to being tenacious is pushing through the hard days.❤️
 
Lil update :
Now that I ve got the vacuum-vin mod for my BM I 'll do my workout's with it that way and see how it goes :

First week -> 0,5 millimetters further than usual for 15 min
Second week -> same distance but now for 20 min

Third week -> 0,5 millimetters further again for 15 min
Fourth week -> same distance but now 20 min

To resume I'll go a bit further every two week but with a time to let my penis adapt to the new pressure !

I’m glad you got the wine vacuum to work for you, it is such a improvement in intensity over what’s the Bathmate gives. One of the best modifications we’ve ever come out with.
 
Twisted Rolls are fairly new. It would be incredible if you can work those into your routine so I can get some solid data on the effectiveness of this exercise. I would truly appreciate it.
