Measuring day is today !

4th month into PE :
BPEL : 19,2 cm(7,56 inches)
MSEG : 13,5 cm(5,31 inches)

7th month into PE
BPEL : 20 cm (7,87 inches)-->0,31 inches gained
MSEG : still 13,5 cm (5,31 inches)--> 0 inches gained

It's a bit disappointing considering I've waited 3 month so basically i've gained 0,1 inch each month in BPEL
But nothing in MSEG

But I think it has shown that basic's stretching are just not efficient enough for me anymore

It also look like I'll have to change my routine a lot
I'm not sad or feeling down because it's still results in the end, but a bit disappointed

Also I just can't do +0,5cm every 3 or 4 week with the BM My penis just won't let me do it (it doesn't extend more than 21,25cm wich is 8,36 inches) so I'll just do max possible every time

This month coming my routine wil be like :
Morning :
Stretching 20 min
BM 15 or 20 min

Afternoon :
Jelqs 500 then later back at 1000

Night :
BM 20 min at least

Because girth work looks like it just give me more gain... so why not
Any advice or anything to say is welcome

And I feel disappointed in anyway you have made a gain so be very appreciative of that. You have also gained knowledge in the sense that you know now that you require more intensity which will definitely help you with your next measurements. Let’s put a new routine together for you and see what we can make happen. What do you have in mind and how much time do you have to invest?

Yeah I've taught about going back to commando Girth with at least 2 session of BM a day plus some jelquing in between and other things eventually, but for being sure I make enough gains with this routine I'll measure at the end of the next month

That might make sense going exclusively with girth. It would help him focus on one thing at a time and most likely bring much greater gains because of this.

I had to move a lot around those two last week so not much time or opportunity to do much at first

Then I tried to use the BM for longer but without going as far as possible, wich makes my penis go much larger and stay that way for a longer period of time, also workout's aren't as hard cause it's just so much mental to go all the time at the maximum, I use to sweat so much during BM workouts 'cause of the difficulty to just not quit and stay in it
So I basically go 1cm(0,39inche) less than I'm able to
Now it's way way more easier but much longer, can't have everything !

Also the BM seems to create slowly but surely a visible curve to the left of my penis, it's something unvisible rigth after every workout but after the effects are gone it's really showing off

To correct that and because I won't be able to use the BM for two weeks from the end of jully to mid august because I'm going to vacation, I'll just jelq a lot against that curve and hoppefully see results

So sorry for not giving return last week and good P.E. workouts to everyone !(flex)
 
Also I'm really open to some manually girth exercices that you could advise me while I won't be able to use BM
I really just did jelqs and SSJ

So if you could give me ONE or TWO best exercices for girth what would it be ?

For now I've bought the Mytivac and only using it cause I don't have to go to the bathroom for so long (xd)

But during those 6 month with BM I'd say it would be something around 0,4 inches in length or a bit less and 0,55 inches in Girth for erected
And for flaccid I'd say it's the same thing

It'll save me lot of water but not only !
Time also, because gaining feels faster with it due to correct width cylinder for my girth being, I feel a lot less water retention a a lot more "real" expansion than ever
It save me a lot of figth with myself because no matter what the BM jst kept sucking off my balls maaaan (loudlycrying)
Even with help of cockring to my balls wich put them further away and helped a lot making sure it didn't goes inside the gator bite wasn't enough to get that pain away, also it was cutting my blood circulation, this is probably why gains was so hard with it but still possible

The only down side is that lube cost more than water to get in it...

The mytivac is the deal, I'm not even sponsored it's just the speaking truth when you try it
(PS : Could I be sponsored by the way (xd), I don't even have to lie about it it's just so much of a piece of equipment)

}


(* 3 = times 3)

(probably because I do at least 3000 quick kegel a day at least)

So Yes nothing special but discipline
Will make an official measurement in the end of january

Meanwhile I can see my curvature to the left side being slowly but surely corrected
And also the upward curvature has diminished but is still present in a absolute correct way comparing to the "old" time

That’s awesome to hear that you’re correcting the curvature on your penis. It’s so incredible that we can do this, for me it was creating a curve but for many like yourself is to reduce a curve.

A cylinder upgrade is a wonderful way to see gains. When I hear that somebody’s going up in tube size or in Bathmate size they have made a great gain.
