SSJ for 5 mins / 5 sets
500 jelqs

Length : stills the same as usual
Little note for streching :I use baby powder because I find toilet paper not appropriate (I'm putting a lot of strenght when streching my penis and toilet paper hurt me )
Also I'm using both hand to stretch it to the maximum tension I can achieve

I find that baby powder is the best thing to use for grip because the reason grip slips is because of oil’s on the hand and penis. Using talcum powder or baby powder soaks up that moisture and allows you to stretch without slipping. If men are still sleeping with baby powder then it’s time to get yourself a Lengthmaster where there is no slippage possible.

I’ve been here for 17 years and I can tell when her brother is going to become a permanent part of the family, they just have what it takes, You are one of these people. As you’re learning you’re also teaching

You know you’re in the groove when your day feels empty if you don’t get in your PE! See what I’m saying? Your mind is in the right place and that’s half the battle.

yes still the sames ones ! plus 10 sets of erects stretches for 30 sec

Nothing new today except that I can't wait to measure the progress I've made (It'll be the 24/01)
 
When you say five minutes five sets do you mean five sets that last five minutes each?

Lol I'd like to take one to relax myself but it's almost midnight where I am and I've got some exams to pass tomorrow so I don't think it's a good idea for now.

Length : still the same as usual
but the last four day when I'm doing those I feel like I'm ripping apart everything that hold back my penis
(not sharp dolor, if I ever feel one I stop take 5 sec break and restart the 30 sec stretch and rebuilt all the tension up to maximum within those 30 sec)

That kind of pain can only be filled by taking a break or by pushing through it. We all go through the same process of soreness and eventually it dissipates. So you can either push through it or you can take a break.

You’re like me! I didn’t care what was going on with soreness I was stretching that Penis, no matter what, every single day. I simply push through it and eventually there was never any soreness again unless I started up a new exercise or started using a new tool or routine, which is completely normal.

Very consistent day after day, you’re doing excellent work. I never need to bump your threads, you’re always so active on your own.
 
Day after day I'm extracting those gains, I just don't let them the choice !
And without wanting to brag but I'm disciplined and I know how to be disciplined if I ever want something to change.

But also a huge calling has been the facts that I've been looking for years and years for PE.
Most of the time I've found nothing else but bullshit like "miracle" pils or cream.
At some point I was just so dissatisfy that I've let down the idea that PE was even possible...
And was just praying god or anything to make my dick bigger (I know... not really appropriate)

Recently I've found a topic about a guy who has a 50 CM dick by hanging so I decided to do hanging too
(I still wasn't sure if PE was possible), But after 5 days and more research on this guy apparently 34 CM of his dick was only foreskin...(even if I know now that hanging CAN make gain, at that time I judged it couldn't because of this guy)
Another disillusion for me at that time...
But I wanted to grow my dick too bad I just wasn't able to give up, my mind wouldn't let me accept this fact
So I pursue my research and finally... I found this forum via another one (such as late teen forums)
Where apparently some guy accidentaly made his biger over 6month by streching it,
something that for once made sense to me

And you know the rest of the story : I tried stretching then a bit later jelqing for a month mesured my penis and BOUYAAA GAINS
So I decided to become a member of this forum

Now I'm too happy to know that PE IS possibleI I just can't stop because I've waited this answer for too long !

Six on one off is what I’m doing right now but as you can see I’m breaking my own rule, it’s Sunday and I’m posting LOL I’m supposed to be taking today off! And on that day off it’s perfect time to get those lazy ass stretches in, no work, just sit on it! ?

More is always better as long as you don’t injure yourself. I love your consistency I think you’re gonna be very happy on measuring day.
 
Measuring day feels like waiting to open gifts from santa all over again (xd)

I live that vicariously through every single brother who has a measuring day. It’s just like opening presents for me too because when you guys do well I do well because I gained so much confidence from what you have created.

Glad to hear you getting Kegels and they are very important and so many ways. Mainly, as you get bigger your penis is going to require more blood and the way to get more blood into your penis is with strong pelvic floor muscles which allow you to Kegel with so much more strength.

Dude there isn't anymore nights where I don't wake up at least once because my erections hurts after the whole workout? I think my hands are really good to stretch...maybe a bit too much lol
But in the morning it doesn't hurt as it was during night time so I push trough it
But I don't care because when I won't feel this pain anymore it'll be the sign that I need to go even harder on my dick☠

That’s right! Push through this and soon you won’t feel any soreness at all and you’ll be able to put much more strength and effort into the stretches and exercises. For me it took about two months for the soreness to go away and the only time it came back as when I started the new routine or use the new tool for exercise
 
I think to get gains fast enough in PE you need to be a little bit of a masochist (insert emoji with a gag in his mouth)
But not only in PE, everything asks you to love the pain you go through and then the rewards will be even greater ?

It’s the same thing as cracking your knuckles. Air gets trapped under the ligament at the pubic bone. When you stretch your penis away from the pubic bone the ligament releases and you hear an audible pop. Nothing to fear most of us had them one time it another
