I don't see how it doesn't make sense. The only thing that doesn't make sense is you XD

I guess it makes sense that a poor mindset and disbelief could affect gains. Gives you a tendency to half ass things and take extra time off and all that. It's also not really known how limiting the brain can be with making gains but with all the documentation on the placebo effect it's definitely worth considering. You can't hang around here too long and be convinced this stuff doesn't work though. I like the idea that every wang can make gains pretty much the same way. I make sure I understand all the ways my routine can work and I think that understanding is awful important. You're way more likely to keep doing something that makes sense than something that doesn't.

Intensity of work with exercises is definitely an area where people can go farther. I should take some pics the next time my wang looks like it just got hammered in a ufc fight. People overreact a lot to sensations and pains. A dick is a ridiculously resilient thing. You need to dish out as much as it can take, or that resilience is going to leave you gainless. And that's really not just length wise. It's all of pe and really just the human body as a general rule. We're built to last.

The mind and body are one with each other and we can sometimes separate them and cause ourselves undue obsession. In order to make gains the mind and body need to work together in many ways, not just visualization. The mind directs the body to intensity, understanding our limits, experimentation and other important factors. Meditation is very helpful prior to training to quiet the mind and to prepare for the training. I know, for myself, my mind did not catch up with my body fast enough and I ended up with Penile Dysmorphic Disorder, not being able to "see" the gains I made. This was a HUGE reason for the mental penis enlargement forum. I was able to connect the body and mind and I wanted to let the Brotherhood do the same!

Understanding is a huge part. If you're still skeptical do as much research. Then make the conclusion to yourself if something is possible or not, do not simply give into the information, let yourself absorb the information and process it to a point in which You, YOURSELF really understand and believe in.

synchronicity

Yes, synchronicity and momentum! When the mind and body are as one it is unstoppable.

You can't quote me, but change the thing I said. You're gonna confuse someone like that.

? What are you talking about?

Anyway templnite, is your head full on motivated for PE or you slackin nowadays?

Once you start moving you can't stop. Applies to PE

That it my Brother, always keep a moving factor!

If you don't move, you stay in place :) We don't want to stay in place,we want to go further ! :)

Momentum is all about riding a wave of motivation. Keeping your mind in the moment and allow that moment to be fluent and constantly be renewed as the next moment comes. Momentum is about staying in the present. Once we give any of our power to the past or future we lose touch with momentum and this is where some fall off course. Stay present in the moment and make your goals happen! In the moment there is no time.

That momentum part is a quite strange weird thing, because can hit us up anytime.....I only exercise when i have enough privacy or when i have no crowd around...lol

Nah, sometimes we need to hit that maximum speed.

being a wise Peer is not that easy too much intensity can injure the units, not doing the exercises correctly can get us no results, and a terrible waste of time.

But yeah going full speed is a good thing sometimes lol

I know but for when you have a plateau you must do all that you can to break it.

To break a plateau it is important to first increase intensity and see if this changes anything, if this does not work then it is time to change the routine. Sometimes, what I used to do is go back to the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]Newbie Routine[/words] for a couple weeks to kind of reset things physically. After 2 weeks I come back and hit it with much more intensity and this would usually break the plateau.

Yes. Breaks are helpful because your body adapts to a routine but it also adapts to breaks.

Hustling that tunica main!

Once something is set in motion it takes an equal and opposite reaction to stop it. In PE we call this momentum being stopped by a lack of motivation. So even when we take time off or take a break it is important to keep the momentum going. Momentum should not stop until the goal is reached, if it does, reset your trajectory and shoot for it again!

Exactly. That's why if you're wanting to take a break but still want to cement it is good to lower intensity progressively over time.

lack of motivation cant ruin our PE lifestyle...we have to continue....fuck the lack of motivation;)

Lets go for head on motivation. Tomorrow I start the routine of major lifestyle change. No more video games, more strict diet, intermittent fasting, hardcore workouts, more hardwork for school, hardwork looking for jobs, hardwork for PE.

You guys know the saying there's isn't problems only solutions

This is true, and a positive perspective will always bring you to the solution so much quicker.

Solutions are just waiting there. Sometimes it can take time (patience) or maybe sometimes it takes initiative (effort) to get things done. Attempt both.

I can honestly say that the best things in my life started out as problems and today they have become my greatest gifts. I dropped out of school in the 7th grade, a big problem. So I learned how to teach myself and eventually I learned what every professor knows from every ivy league college (gift). I was banned from Th*nd3rs Pl@ce where I invested so much time and effort (problem). If it were not for their evil ways I would have never created the Brotherhood. So many examples. The point is in every problem there is a gift for us, the game is to find it!

One last example. When Jen left me I was completely heartbroken, I hated my life and I felt like I was in hell. Soon I learned to take those emotions and use them to fuel my artwork. Eventually I became an accomplished artist in my area, this gift was born out of a problem.

Thanks for the response guys! As corny as some will think, belief is the backbone of all success. Hard work is always vital but it will be wasted if the component of belief is missing. I understand that some have problems with this but as I stated in my original post, pretend to believe and the reality will fall into place. If this is too difficult then believe I believe and still follow the ideas I suggested.

I can't count how many times someone has come to me looking for help with their routine and the help they really needed was with their belief.

Belief is what makes us stay committed and consistent with our routine daily

In this world everything hinges on belief, if you do not believe you can not receive.

...or achieve

Yup. It all starts in the mind as an idea but in order to turn that idea into a reality one needs to believe in what they are doing, particularly in PE. Achieving the best outcome will always be upon your desire to get there and the willingness to do whatever it takes to make it happen.
