in morning wake up , have sex
and straithly puting my penis in hot pad and starting with stretching's
im doing all bassic stretch from routine , now 2 [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]x 30[/words] sec (but from tommorow im starting do 3x like should be cuz im startind second week,)
its about half hour im taking always 30 sec of relax , and 30 sec stretch ,
after this im puting [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]UJW[/words] ,im wearing this couple houers when im outside to Afternoon , trying to re-wrap and do some stretches every time when i can .
when PM comes im starting my girth routine , first of corse hot pad on maximum and 3-5 min of warming .
im put lubricant and do 300 jelq
100 rep up
100 rep straight
100 rep to dawn using also my kegel to push more blood
after this i make 100 fast shorts and 50 longer 2-3 seconds hold with hot pad on my crouch
when im finish with jelq feel good pomp on my penis, im waiting 5 min and im starting my clamping routine , as im newbie im doing this only 3 x 5 min sets and only every second day .im watching some porns' or play with my girlfriend to stay erect for 5 min 3 x.

It's either in the newbie forums or the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] one, can't remember which. But they are really great, jump into the sac with the gf after that & i can guarantee she'll notice the difference! 😉
 
great that youve started a progress thread, it should help keep you on track.

as for the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bm[/words], as youre new to it all, just get use to using it and getting proper suction with it, and how to put it on properly. for the first week dont concern yourself with getting max pressure, just make sure you can use it properly and comfortably. after youre comfortable, you can step up the pressure more, but again work within your means. once you feel confident and have conditioned a little, start pumping as hard as you can take, maybe with a 5x5x3 routine as many advocate (with [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]ssj[/words]'s)

ok today iv started my day with all basic stretchs but now im doing them 3 x , also in time of stretch im reversing my kegel ( i must say that im doing revers kegel for week but its going much easier )

i have qestion , when i use [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] its better when im erect ? becouse somtimes i have problem and i cant erect so easly , i think its in psychic cuz i suppose tham im very nervous man.

It's usually better. As long as you're getting past your current expansion then you're fine.

You can go in @ 70% and reach 110+% expansion.
You can go in @ 90% and reach 110+% expansion.
or go in @ 100% and reach 110+% expansion.

There are different paths to get there. Just matters that you get there.

What are you doing pre pump for erections?
 
Sounds like you have a good plan set up. Incorporating the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BathMate[/words] is very easy and should be worked into your Jelqing time. As stated above the best way to use is by pumping with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BathMate[/words] for 5 minutes followed by jelqing for 5 minutes and then you will repeat this 3 times. This acts to bring the best expansion and reduces all the negative things that can happen from pumping. Other than this I would stick with everything else as you have, increasing the stretch sessions when you are able.

your routine looks good as is. you can add in [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]ssj[/words]'s at any time you want, if you are just tarting off with them though, just dont put maximum force into, build up the intensity. its very easy to control as its all in your hands

After 2 weeks of normal jelqing I think it is fine to start the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SlowSquashJelq[/words]. Many guys just start out with it to begin with.

from last 3 days i have done my routine normally with no days off
morning lenght evening girth , its almost 2 weeks now when im training and i can feel more stretch posibility and stronger PC muscel.
I Belive for gains and i think its great shit , like gym :D just adjust to do this , do it ,and get your rewards , hehe like everything in this life :)

I can go for a full five minutes in a rep of the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] but others may only get 1 minute in at first and slowly build up as the hands become stronger.

-3-5 min in hot pad for warm up ,
im puting some adult entertainment and getting erect , im trying to keep eq at 70%-100% for all routine so adult entertainment is ON all the time
when its ready im pummping with bathemate for 5 min, i can feel much bigger presure in diffrences of EQ ,im wondering how much pressure i can hold. i mean, do you guys pummping when you feel littlebit pain ? its good to keep it? or better relese pressure littlebit?

im doing 3 set's like this , last exercises is holding PC muscle
120 fast short hold and after 60 longer 2-3 sec holds

time im putting its about 40-50 min

this is about 30-35 min for me

now what i can say that yesterday i have put messure to my dick when whas full erect and i have gaind 0,5 cm in lenght ,i was cheking couple times becouse i wanted to be sure and , yeah im 7,32 ininches its only 2,5 week and i cen relly see that this is working, i didint had possibilty to check the girth ,

Congrats on your gains! Good job you did, I believe it is your well planned routine that got you to where you are now. You used to clamp before, what happened, did you stop? Cause if you need to boost your girth work intensity you can always do clamping instead of jelqing and then your routine would be like (combining clamping and [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] use in the 5x3x3 routine)- [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Bathmate[/words], Clamping, [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Bathmate[/words], Clamping, [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Bathmate[/words], Clamping (and maybe add some jelqs or do light jelqs having your clamp on).

yeah about clamping i was trying it before , but i dont have orginal cableclamp , i cant buy this in my country and i was using some kind of robe , but that whas not comfortable and i couldent get good level of thightnes ,i like this idea and feeling but has i say first i must get a good clamp ,now iv decided to use my hand and [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] , im quite newbie so i will clamp in future now i want to squeze everything what i can from this routine you know :)

Really, you can't order a clamp? Which country you live in?

I used to do the same- experiment with some stuff I had to constrict my base. I used some hair ties and if they were not tight enough I would make them twice as tight bending them or sometimes I would use 3-4 looser ones. If you feel discomfort- what you can do is to just put on an [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ACE Bandage[/words] and put the contrictors above it. That way it feels more comfortable. Once I tried constricted pumping ( http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/...ing-even-after-38-hours-im-still-thicker.html ) and what I did was to just put on an [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ACE Bandage[/words] and put the constrictors (hair ties) over my base (having a good EQ beforehand) and pumping in my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]X30[/words]. You can try that as well.

If you want a clamp- you can get a friend from other country to send it to you through Speedy maybe.... Speedy are pretty cheap and good to be honest. I really can't see how is it that you are forbid to order clamps... their usual purpose is not for PE so even if you order a clamp it shouldn't be viewed as something sexual... :)

Clamping seems like something that would work great I've always just been worried about all the discoloration I've read guys getting. It is probably just because most guys go to hard at first and don't build up slowly
