Hi guys, finally after lurking around the forums I decided to open my own thread.

First of all, I know Penis Enlargement from a long time ago, but doing it the right way just about a week from today as I joined the boards. I know Penis Enlargement works because from doing it wrong I gained harder erections and some length, if minimum, so I want to complete the program.

My workout is basically the phase one routine and I feel I can get to phase two easily, but I want to give it a try from doing everything right from scratch.

I do 3 sets of each for 30 secs, behind the cheeks right and left, pulling straight down to the left and right, straight up and down and the rotary stretch from which I feel the burn. Plus I use some DLD stretches too just for fun and the whole warmup process and of course I do the 300 jelqs.

I guess that's ok with my routine, but I manage to do it two times, one in the morning and one before bed. I have no problems with my friend right now, but I wonder if it´s ok doing it twice a day?

After a week of really doing the right stretches and jelqing properly just missed my morning workout so I considered doing the nigh one a bit more intense.

Today morning the same as yesterday night.

Looking good though, I have taken serious measuring but I plan on just getting the feel to where Im headed to, but I try a toilet paper tube about 5" and it's getting me the satisfaction that I fill it more every time I try it :D

Now with 400 jelqs instead of 300 and 2 DLD bends of 25 secs. each.

Today in my morning routine I felt some soreness at the base everytime I did a jelq, not inside but in the skin. I have some pubes in the shaft and I feel like it´s in the root of the hair, I'll try changing lube.
 
I had this beautiful dream where I could barely grab my penis one handed, and I had foreskin!! Think of envision oneself penis size looking at the size of the wrist LOL.

Week two, everything is going smooth, monday night I had this massive erection that it was hardly impossible to jelq properly.

Now, leave here and hit the Penis Enlargement gym for tonight's workout LOL

That sounds just perfect. I love going 2 sessions a day and splitting up girth from length.

Crystal ball?? I hope so, dreams come true :)

I've improved my ok grip while jelqing, don't know why but I guess as you progress with all the excercises and get used to it you finally get to do it right :)

My scrotum doesn't hangs that much, I feel like I need more space now lol, soon to upload a pic showing some progress on there ;)

Tried today some double forced jelq bent and I may say they ARE dangerous LOL I couldn't handle my erections while at it, I got massive erections that made my jelqing quite impossible.

My routine, the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] with some mods, instead of just pulling straight down I pull straight down applying the A-stretch, and straight front (out) doing some plyometric stretches, also, I do 400 jelqs and every 100 I do DLD's bends, 30 bends.
 
I forgot to mention as an addition to my routine, when warming down I do some massage while on the hot towel.

I don't want to sound like a smart @ss guy, but I see some members are unsatisfied with their tool being sometimes above average and that they want fast gains with barely no work, but just that they feel some insecurity on themselves makes me think of a lot of things. I feel with my 5.5" long pretty confident in a 90% with the size I have, growth is not an easy goal because it takes a lot of time, otherwise you'll see every man on the streets feeling like a big dick :D, but I am not loosing anything just for giving a shot to this as far as I have gained massive EQ in barely 2 weeks, if I reached that far I see this as a don't look back any more.
Many people are skeptical because there is no magic pill for Penis Enlargement just like in every other aspect in life, you just have to walk the long hard road to get where you want to be.

Girth and length look sustained, but I made another improvements.

With all the scrotum and testicles massage now I can tell I am having gains. Before Penis Enlargement I couldn't get to jelq my testicles without some minor pain, now I can set them aside for the hot towel without complain. Now in the way to the ball lig stretch (><) ouch, hahaha

My scrotum now looks out of place while erect LOL I'll do some skin stretches, but what concerns me the most is maybe I have some peyronies to the left. I have a crazy theory, does wanking with the right hand forces the penis to grow to the opposite side?? :D

Man I was wrong with the dates, if I started september 14 now I am in the 5 week mark for the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] of 6 weeks, but I feel like I should do an extra week, not sure if my schedule can fit with the phase 2 routine, but in the meantime I'll try some of the new exercises and get a hand on them ;)

I've been reading of some regular members taking L-citruline or L-arginine, tried it the other day but felt no difference at all, other than I couldnt sleep well at all.
 
Been chekcking on phase 2 and I think now it's not that difficult but maybe requires a LOT of time.

Since fullfilling my first 6 weeks in Penis Enlargement finally completed phase 1 but I've been a slacker and for the last 4 days haven't made my homework due to some late commitments, read partying and drinking :D, so I'll give it a try of phase 2 and if I find it to be a lot of time working it maybe one more week of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] :)

First routine done and progress so far is great, now I am a believer, my flacid looks better, girth and length increase of 1/8 or so, also, due to bad skin stretching my scrotum is upper its place and my balls hang in the skin from back, really odd but nothing to be scared of, reminds me that something I must be doing fine.

Now... stretch time :D
 
Good your back on track. It becomes too easy to miss sessions, try to keep a solid schedule!
 
Good routine MattD. I like L-Arginine better than L-Citruilline and I used the powder stuff from purebulk.com I thought it did well for erections. Cool you have a routine I can follow now.
