Hi guys, finally after lurking around the forums I decided to open my own thread.
First of all, I know Penis Enlargement from a long time ago, but doing it the right way just about a week from today as I joined the boards. I know Penis Enlargement works because from doing it wrong I gained harder erections and some length, if minimum, so I want to complete the program.
My workout is basically the phase one routine and I feel I can get to phase two easily, but I want to give it a try from doing everything right from scratch.
I do 3 sets of each for 30 secs, behind the cheeks right and left, pulling straight down to the left and right, straight up and down and the rotary stretch from which I feel the burn. Plus I use some DLD stretches too just for fun and the whole warmup process and of course I do the 300 jelqs.
I guess that's ok with my routine, but I manage to do it two times, one in the morning and one before bed. I have no problems with my friend right now, but I wonder if it´s ok doing it twice a day?
