My varicocele started to hurt like 1 week ago and it seems to hurt constantly.I constantly massage my testicles hoping i would releive the pain.

It's not a bad pain,but it's constant.It doesn't hurt when i stand up or walk.Only when i sit.It hurts a bit when i sleep too,but bearable.What's anoying is that i don't know where exactly that pain is.I massage my testicles and i don't find a spot that is extremely sensible or something.It's a bit unconfortable and hurts a bit,but considering i'm squeezing them a bit,they should hurt.They are sensible organs.I also massage the varicose veins to and they seem to hurt a bit.What i'm more concerned about is the effect of varicocele on my health/testosterone production.Pain doesn't bother me that much.As a side note i'm still doing my stretching and also lots of kegeling every day.

I am just glad you can get your PE in. I really hope this condition gets better and you get to a place of health and happiness. It must be tough to have to deal with this but you are a trooper, you will be victorious.
 
weird..i had rock hard erections last 3 days,but today EQ it's down.Yesterday i would have an erection from total flaccid to roc hard in like 10 seconds,even without adult entertainment.Now i can barely keep an erection for 3 seconds without stimulation.I started to concentrate on kegeling in the last week.I thought they are responsible for my great eq,but i actually think what contributed to my EQ was sunflower seeds.I ate them everyday,except yesterday and today.I'll start eating again and see how it goes.On the good side,my pain in the groin area seems to have gone down a bit.

Don't think too much on these things as they can become obsessive. Everyone will have good and bad days with EQ and when you equate the fatigue factor, that PE brings, it makes even more sense that this happens. Take a breather and come back to it, once fatigue is gone the eq will come back.

I also massage my testicles a lot to releive my pain from varicocele.It seems to work a bit.
I also have perfect EQ today.I have no idea why and how,but i never had erections like that,not even during puberty.My penis felt like being glued to my abdomen.This is how strong my erection was.It must be something i did,it couldn't be just a random high EQ day.It may be the testicle massage,the sunflower seeds,maybe the kegels who knows.I didn't go crazy on any of it.I normally can't have a proper erection standing up,but this time it didn't matter how i was standing.I wanted to measure it,but i just couldn't cause it was too high up and curved and it hurts a lot to try to streaighten it.

Is dry jelqing a good alternative to wet jelqing?Dry jelqing is a lot more easy for me to do,along with stretching,edging,kegeling,clamping etc.Also any exercises to hit my tunica hard.After some good research i found that my tunica isthe main thing that limits my gains.My tunica is extremely hard,seems like a bit softer than before i started PE,but still really really hard.When i get a 60% erection my penis is already pretty much at full lenght,after that the penis just gets tougher,wider and curves a lot.The more erect the more it curves,but it doesn't increase in lenght.And i think it's because my tunica is just too damn hard and not long enough.

Ty.BTW do you anything to enlarge my tough tunica?Tunica is the only thing limiting my hidden lenght.It's just too tight and a bit too small for my penis.

Measure my BPFSL and it's just below the 19 cm,like really really close,maybe 1mm away.I thought my flaccid sstretched would be bigger but its barely the same as my erect size.I got a weird penis.

To close that gap you need to put focus on erect stretching. I would employ 4-5 sessions a week for 10 minutes each. This should close the gap and give you that gift you so desire! :)

I thought erect stretching works when BPFSL is longer than BPEL.In my case BPFSL is actually the same or a tad below my BPEL.When i'm erect i can't stretch my penis.It's like trying to stretch a rock.I mean the motherfuker is really hard.I'll stick to jelqing for now and normal stretching and see how it goes.Hope my BPFSL goes up

if your BPEL and BPFSL are similar measurements or BPFSL is a tad longer, you probably need to stretch the ligs or penis itself more

Exactly. Most men will have a difference between their bone-pressed erect length and their bone pressed flaccid stretched (from .25" to an inch). The best way to close this gap is to do erect stretching as it makes go sense, if the lack in size is in the erection length then approaching the flaccid stretched length via erect stretches will bring these numbers closer together. Some men, very rarely, have no difference.

Hi everyone just checking in.Just know that i'm still alive and still going.Unfortunately i couldn't PE much since my laste measurements,only ocasionally.I actually couldn't even masturbate,due to privacy.My roommate just doesn't leave the fking room.
Anyway,my mind is on PE everyday and i will reach my goals,with or without obstacles.Maybe not today,not tommorow,but soon.For all those who PE and don't see much results,as motivation,i'm telling you every jelq and every second you stretch matters,even tho you may not see it on the ruler.Strive for a respectable EQ and results will eventually come.

I'm trying.I got about 1 inch fat pad,my non bone pressed is somewhere between 16.5 and 17 cm.I hope i can lose the fat pad to a 0.5 inch one.
