I'm wearing clothes that not allow me wearing my [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words] at work !!
So, I use it 1hour/day (during lunch time). It's not enought for having changes...
I try to use artisanal clamping too, but i'm afraid of blocking my blood during a too long period. I block 5minutes... and 5 minutes again 10 minutes later.
Don't know if it's important to clamp a very long and dangerous period (like nearly 20') instead of spacing short session.
Next, i've read somewhere on the messageboard about a technic that is clamping + [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words], but can't remember where it was..... I read to much thing. Someone know this technique (or, better, use it?)
If you watch my sign, you'll see my aim ; increase both girth and length. I'm talking about middle and high girth. (base girth is already biggest, and not important for the moment).
What routine do you thing i should use? (i've nearly 1 hour at lunch time, a shower after work at 19pm, and 1 hour for the night close to 11pm).
