Yes man . That's all pretty much it . Thanks for listing them all down . No idea how the messed myself up bad . My grip / squeezes weren't hard and my stretches didn't hurt . Guess I'm just more prone to injury then others . I am so happy I can still have sex with my girlfriend . Like I said, she keeps me sane and I can't feel bladder sensation at all. Once in a while my bladder will ache, but it will subside . That's the only feeling I have gotten from it . This has only happened about 10 times during these 4 months . Me losing feeling in my bladder doesn't really bother me anymore but it freaked me out the first month or 2 . I'm glad I can empy my bladder .
I think I should of bring this up too . There's a few more extra details that I should mention . I believe I may have gotten a second injury by kegaling too hard after I recovered my errections . I used to have some plasure sensitivety on my shaft and head after the first injury ( Jelqing for 2 hours ) , but after that hard kegal , I slowly lost all plasure from my dick besides the very tip of my penis .
