I did some igf-1 lr3- few years ago like 2010 ( the guy i bought it from said i did not need to do a Cleanse(for lack of better word) PCT i guess
after taking it
i aint gonna lie shrink my balls and my penis a bit and make my erection less hard and full my penis head was Huge now its normal
my balls size still shrink compare to what it was

wow. it tooks at leats 2hr to be done..

But about my first session
After my first session, I felt the increase in length to .5 inch i was a 7.5EL and 5.5 G

Okay quick up date on my Journey...

not measure yet
day 1 : was a bit hard, was getting use to the stretching, had hard time getting my P to semi hard when Jelq but i still went with it..
i did some clamping using a cable clamp.. for 20-30 That made my penis stayed full the whole. day trouble was during sex, i basically couldnt stay hard but i love how my penis was looking

The Frenulum is only restricting when it pulls against the body of the penis causing length gains to be painful and difficult. I started this trend way back in 2003 when I accidentally sheared my Frenulum away and gains a half inch because of it. I never thought men would actually do it on purpose but it has become a thing.

Retracting your foreskin and allowing the head to become accustomed to being out so it will not be so sensitive to exercise that require retraction of the foreskin. For instance, in stretching, if the foreskin is not retracted you will only be stretching skin, not the penis. So it does become important to start exposing the head as much as possible.

A surgeon will do the job for you. It should be a quick and inexpensive procedure.
 
At the Hospital? I heard when a surgeon does it you lost all sensitivity, if at the hospital . I remember someone said they cut it with a Swiss blade use some local numb cream some alcohol and cotton ball .

Either a surgeon or follow the Frenulum Tying thread and read through and be extremely cautious. I started this trend by mistake and it became something. My Frenulum was lost in a accident while measuring, the ruler slipped and sheared the Frenulum right off. Painful as anything and it took 3 weeks to heal. after I healed up I gained 1/2" and presto, Frenulum removal was a thing.
 
They are lol. Game changer. I sometime notice when I do them sometimes the penis will stay still and I have to bent down and so I can get more expansion. But I notice the expansion more in the center of the my pensis. How do I get expansion all through out the penis?

TOday session was great, My dick still sore from all the Conditioning and pulling i have been doing.. I get some blister but that aint stopping me
i notice now my stretch hurt less im getting more length on some stretches... i only do PE 5 on and 2 off
M-F and saturday- sunday off i do kegls and recovery with vitamin E massage

i have finally master it.
my penis a bit sore, i did some this morning after my routine
and went back just now doing it exactly how the picture illustrate them...... Major Difference

i try to bend Dwnward, Upward, Left and right
i try to do 5set each with a 45s -1 minutes hold for now.. my hand cramps thats my max time for now lol. i will get better ( crawl before you walk )
once done OMG THE PUMP WAS CRAAAAZY>> I measure 6.5 my goodness thats thick girth lol
mY goal is 8-9 L and 6-7 girth..

don't care how long it take But i am Giving myself 2 years to meet goal.

I will give you 3 exercises that should be included that will help you accelerate your length gains. Bundles are very important. They should be done before both lengthened girth work for about 5 minutes. No equipment? No problem. Simply twist your penis to the right and stretch straight out, then twist your penis to the left and stretch straight out. Do these for 1 minute per side. Erect Stretches can be done straight out, angle has no bearing on this. 1 minute stretches are best but if you lose strength go with 30 second stretches.

my Fre is too sensitive, it gets tight so much during sex that think it is the cause of my Premature ejaculation i believe
