Kingdom of girth routine

For people who do this how long does blood stay in your cock for while you do this? I've tried it before but I think the problem is that when I do the compressions it pushes the blood out of my cock after a few seconds... so I can never do these for long enough and so I don't get results. This happens no matter how tight I clamp.

Indeed! I wish all men would simply show their appreciation for the gains they have made and share their results with the Brotherhood. Those types of posts help inspire so many and they also endorse the exercise/routine or tool being used. So simple to drop in and say thank you for the gains and post your results.

Any permanent gains from it? Ive noticed alotttt of expansion. But is there any way to cement these gains. I like them so far, they sure work great!
 
ive never been able to stick to them, i hurt my shit a couple times and just said screw it. but i will get back to these when i have time. the expansion is UNREAL, and any repetitive expansion will translate to perm gains. The bigger expansion the better.
