i did my routine last night and after my 600 wet jelqs i did 3 sets of horse 440's had some kind of funny swelling close to the head. i will not be doing those any more for a while. i am going to use hot and cold treatments for the time being. other than the swelling every thing is good
 
well my girth work has to take a back seat for now because of a thrombosed vein i got during horse squeeses. so i will just do stretches for now until i'm not sore anymore from the thrombosed vien.
 
i'm still thrombosed don't know if i should stop all together and let it heal and lose anything i have gained. what stretches are good for a thrombosed dick?

Most stretches will not hurt your thrombosis but I do not know of any stretch that will help it. The basic prescription for this condition is 82mg of aspirin daily, deep penile massage, frequent hot wraps, and avoiding sex and/or girth work.
 
i havent been pe ing for about a month now my thrombosed vein is almost gone. the only thing i have done is worked on my weight loss.

i started july 1st i was 235 and a half

now i'm down to 223 lbs.

Great job, I wish I could say the same:( I have gained back allot of weight since coming to Florida. As soon as I get home I am going 100% into my exercise and diet again.

Weight 380 lbs.

Girth 4 1/4"

Erect (NBPL) :blush:

Girth 5 1/2" (below glans)
Girth 5 3/8" (at base)

I'll be doing mostly stretching, the routine that DLD posted in the newbie section, with some jelqing.

My Goal: Going for 6" but will really be trying for 7" rofl My wife has told me
that I have more than enough girth and I believe her as I've torn
her on two occasions from normal slow intercourse (the way we
like it! rofl

as for me i just measured bpfls and it was up like a mofo it went from 6 and 1/4 to 6 and 1/2 i'm still waiting for the erect lenth measurement though i want to get down to 200 lbs pound
 
i got length. i measured the today in the morning because i had a good morning wood going on and sure enough i have gained i went from a 5 inch penis to 5 and 1/4 man i am pumped about this gain. i was going to wait but i said what the hell lets see where i'm at. now i am going to wait until i reach 200lbs to measure again. i just measured and my erect size is the same 5 1/4 but my nbp stretched length is 5 1/2 and my bpfsl is a whopping 6 and 7/8 thats pretty close to seven inches. i think the A stretches i have been doing during bath room breaks have really helped with my length. i need to work harder on my girth i haven't measured for girth but have been steady on it like i should.

had a bad night last night sept. 9 2004 just could'nt get into it i did like 5 or 6 sets of a stretches and then about 200 wet jelqs after that i threw on a clamp and jacked off and blew my load very intense ejaculation

It happens to all of us, off days are gonna happen what is important is that you get back up and hit it hard the next time. I will get real discouraged when I have an off day but what helps is remembering the good days I had and then I know this shit will pass too.
 
now that my wife knows i pe let the gains begain. no more missing work outs because she off from work now i dont have to hide it. on a side note i'm up to 7 inches fslbp and i'm doing las stretches right now
 
It's cool you let her know. Unfortunately I don't get to see my lady often, but she knows I Penis Enlargement. I think that if we were together more often I would maybe have a Jelq session with her there to keep me good and erect. You should maybe look into something like that if you get comfortable with the idea. I'm sure she'd be flattered with you asking her specifically to help you stay erect during a workout.

i am staying on top of my routine and after i jelq i have done some standard clamping for about ten minutes
 
i have now put my fears to rest the exercize that put me out for a month of doing pe i am now back to doing them. they are the horse 440's this time my dick can handle the load. it's going on 3 months steady pe. i really feel the key to not getting thrombosed is jelq after you do your horse440's. itseletric said one time that he never got thrombosed vien because he did 150 jelqs after his girth work.

well i'm going on a one day on one day off routine to rest out this rest thing and gains i have started this month but have not got a full month in. so jan. 1 2005 will be the first test month
 
just wanted to write some thoughts down. i have'nt really made gains as of late but i know my eating habits have held me back. i have to much fat on my body i have 1 and a .25 fat pad that is really holding me back. i weigh 224 and i am 5 '9 inches tall so i'm pretty heavy i do like to work out and lift heavy though like power lifting. so it's not all fat but i would say 20% is. i still do my routine pe wise and know it's working i just have to lose some fat pad. my plan is Jan. 1 2005 to start i diet to lose fat and gain muscle.
