Lately i've been wrapping my head around the development of a new routine, specifically targeting girth.
I've gone from fairly average at 6x4.5 to a pretty descent ''maybe even a little big'' 7x5.:blush:
Not complaining or anything, i've had great success, but i'm starting to really crave a bigger size.
I'm looking to add an inch in both length and girth, i'd like to be 8 bpel and 6'' mseg within the next 6-8 months.
I know it's possible, i've asked DLD and others a hundred time over the last few years! lol
Now, i know DLD always trained 7 days on/ no off days, but im not sure if that jus means length everyday, or both length and girth everyday, but i can't do intense girth workouts everyday, my dick will die!
But i think i can handle girth every other day, so thats what ill be doing.
The length portion i think i will try every day.
Basically here it is-
as for length, i;m just going to follow your basic ''every direction'' stretches, since i feel stretching brings length quickest.
Mon-fri
AS for girth-
ill be doing alot of clamped exercises, like clamped slow squash jelqs, squeezes on the shaft and also finishing each session with a width exercise, like toilet bold compression squeezes, and ATS rollerz.
So ya, thats pretty much it!
