Jelqing still doesnt get me pumped

Yeah bro that's the way to do it. Manuals will get the tunica worked in a way the vacuum doesn't. I usually do one set in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Xtreme[/words] which grants me expansion then move onto bends. The latter is what really gets the tunica to stick out at the point im bending.

I get some expansion from jelqing for 20 mins. No pump just jelqing. But I haven't measured the expansion.

I didn't stop doing the SSJ and pumping. I only started doing 20 mins of jelqing every morning as a part of my routine. I'm still doing 20 mins of expressive stretching and the 5x5x3 pumping routine.
