The negatives from masturbation when focusing on girth is a lack of willingness to train but this lack goes away after a few hours. I feel very drained whenever I masturbate after a pumping session. Try to masturbate less often especially when you are training.
 
Just go by the recommended sexologists and medical professionals. For a healthy male between 16 to 30, wait at least 6 hours after PE before releasing your load, 3 to 4 times a week to keep your sexual organs healthy.

For generations between 30 to 50, 2 to 3 times a week. For generations beyond 50 years of age, well, go as crazy as you want since this don't apply to you any more at this point. Just go easy since your PE routines and post-PE routines takes precendent as you need to keep your blood flow and hormone levels high. If you're not doing PE, that's not a problem. The more, the better.
