start back up slow by doing the basics = like warming up, stretching , and jelqing ......... i often find my self skipping my gym just to go home and do my pe workout

hopefully you have time to do both workouts:)
 
I looked into IPR routine consisting of hang, jelq and [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words]. However since i have stopped hanging my penis looks alot more 'normal' by this i mean, it was always swollen and i couldnt pull back my foreskin, sometimes it hurt having sex, too much fluid build up etc. So before i go back into hanging i want to try something more manual that might help me gain!

So stretching / jelqing maybe something i will do. Just dont know when or how many rest days i should have, if any!
 
As you know Bulc, I have been deconditioning for the near entire 2006 calender and kept all my gains. Starting back pretty soon with wet jelqs and a new method someone posted on stretching semi erect while clamped and see how that goes.

I SHOULD make some progress now as with at least 10 months and no Penis Enlargement now my cock has fully deconditioned itself from Penis Enlargement and hopefully I can make quick/easy growth on what I already have.

We should all decondition now and again .. does 'it' the world of good

I am coming off of a 2 month break myself - an intentional deconditioning period. My routine is going to consist of what I can with wet jelqs and all kinds of stretches.

Bulc, If you're ready to start back then I would. I think a lot of a deconditioning break is stepping away from Penis Enlargement and letting EVERYTHING settle down. It allows for you to focus on what's really important but also it helps you to plan for your next Penis Enlargement cycle and be more structured. Go ahead and get back into it Bulc. Good luck.
 
I think i am going to wait till the end of Jan, as i have got a lot of coursework to get done, its only 10 more days so im going to get as much done as i can. I dont even know what routine i am going to be doing yet. Im sure i will be doing manual work, taking all your advice here, & Mike (DLD) said he is going to help us, so see what happens. Will keep you all informed, i am really looking foward to starting but i also feel this break will have done me the world of good, and i just cant wait to start cracking along with it, get to 8"!

As for the program to capture the screen recording, everyone i use, a 30 second capture is like 130MB plus! I need one that records the screen at a low size but still good quality.

The reason for this, is the captured video is going to be put on a website for exercise training purposes, so when it is clicked on it will demonstrate how to use a program.

In case anyone is interested, I just came off a 9 week break and had my first Penis Enlargement workout last night. I did 4 minutes of stretching (going by feel here) and could feel the tightness in my ligs from basic downward stretching, and in fact had a lig pop on my first downward stretch.

I have never experienced a lig pop from this stretch, and I remember before I took this break there were literally no stretches I could do except BTC that I actually felt my ligs being stretched. I just felt hollow, like nothing was being stretched at all. I believe planned deconditioning periods make the ligs more vulnerable upon return. Thats great news mate, i had a little tug in the shower before and i felt exactly the same things as you (apart from the lig pop). Because i havent gone into a serious workout yet. However only from a few stretches i felt the things you mentioned!

I feel after doing this in the shower that i will gain very well and i think they will come qucikly! Touch wood!

As for fucking my gf's arse... this wont happen lol i would need more than a key to open that! Defo no go area!!!

The second lig pop was so scary too, it just felt deep like I was pulling something out of my stomach, and it had multiple pops. It was like the sound of cracking three of your knuckles all at the same time.

I have never gotten lig pops from downward stretching, even as a newbie, and I always see great gains shortly afterwards. I'm telling you this hopefully to boost your motivation levels.

Ouch! Them lig pops sound pretty dam painful! I have heard they are a good thing, just the sound of them makes me cringe, i would shit myself getting one of them the thought of it goes through me! But i have heard they are a good thing to happen as regards to gains. I have never had one since i have been Penis Enlargement'ing, but maybe i will get one this time after such a long decon break, but if it makes me gain i dont care!!!

BULC, Remember that you've deconditioned because your penis had become hardened to the regimen you were working through. You've now back to what many consider to be "newbie" status. The point of a decon break is to recover and for the tissue to soften, and now as you're ready to start back you ease into it. Don't put too much emphasis on intensity or volume and see what you can do with a light to medium routine. Go through this type phase graudally increasing intensity and volume over a 2 week period and see where you are. Don't jump in and go all our because that actually is defeating the purpose of the deconditoining phase. The whole point is to get back to where the tissues respon READILY to Penis Enlargement and for gains to come with smaller amounts of work.

Thanks for the advice! I am going to start next week as from Monday, think i will go in stretches and jelqing or sumat taking it easy if i cant get in touch with DLD or maybe stretch twice a day.
