That gain is not only possible but has been surpassed by many. I personally have seen over 2" in girth gain. I have to agree with ChilDsh on timing, for me, my first year I gained 1/2" in girth. My second year I gained 1" and from that point forward over many years I tacked on the addition .75" +. I do not want to discourage you because all things are possible and you very well could make that gain but I would not set yourself up for failure by putting restrictions on time, I would start [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?64036-My-Best-Work-Ever-Penis-Enlargement-will-Be-Changed-Forever-gt-gt-Gain%20inches%20with%20SRT-Theory-and-Routine]SRT[/words] and stick with it until you make the gains you desire. Maybe it will happen by February, but if not I would still like to see you training for it. Believe me 1/2" is a massive volume gain in girth. 1.5" would almost double your volume (and this is before we add in the length you gained during said time), very massive gain.
 
Possible without a doubt.

Time frame is challenging. Still possible. You would have to be exceptionally consistent and depends on how your body responds, and how well you supply your body with what it needs including sleep.

What rate have you gained girth before?
 
Ive only been training for about a month and a half. No gains yet i just do 10 min of jelqing every day. My erections are stronger thogh

18 months...perhaps?!

Its difficult to put in a time frame, since we are so different. But big gainers in the girth department took about this time of consistent training to achieve more or less (usually less), this type of goals. And those who gain that much, become legends in the PE world, such as: DLD; Red; SWM; Dan Clinzer; acromegaly; ...etc.

With jelqs and ulis only that goal could take a long time. I would get a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] and play with c-rings too

Why not just start now and see what your gains are over a couple months and do the math from there. Some men are fast growers and some are more stubborn, you will not know for sure until you start.

What is your current size?I think 1 inch in length and 0,5 in girth would be a good goal until february-may next year , if you're dedicated.More or less ofc.My advice would be set small goals , like let's say 0,5 by the next february,and when you measure next february if you only gained 0,5 you won't be deppresed or sad because that was your goal.And if you gain more than that you are going to be one happy motherfucker since you gained more than your goal..setting a goal of 1,5 inch in girth in 6 months it's WAY too big , i would say even 1 inch in 6 months it's some hardcore shit and i would be amazed to see that.I know every person it's diffrent but i feel like girth is harder to gain than length..so i would say hope for 5' in girth until the next february-may.That would be a 0,5 girth gain since you're 4,5 now.

He is 4.5" in girth now so he's expecting a 1" gain in girth...in 6 months..i don't know about that...maybe if you're very dedicated,have a clean diet,maybe take some supplement like the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]titan[/words] pills...but even then 6 months is a short time.I would like to see you set a goal of 0.5" in 6 months.Cuz 1" in girth in 6 months is hard..and if you're not going to hit that,you're going to be deppresed.

I mean, I can see it happening as I have seem men do it but I would not set my heart to it in a time limit, I would just train as well as possible and hope for the best.
 
I started around his size and getting 6 inch girth is one of the best things that ever happened to me. I'm currently stuck around 6.5 but I want it bigger and bigger. Who cares if it takes 6 months or 6 years I say go for it 100% worth it
