Routine:
-10 min bundles in [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] each direction
-30min streches
-20 min jelqs at about 50 to 60 erection
This is AM work, starting this week ill be introducing a pm pump and clamp session. Pumping will be at 5hg for 20 to 30 mins, followed by 2- 15min clamp sessions.
Goal for 2018 is to have 9inch bpel or more and reach 6.5 eg. I WILL acheive this!!

When I went to touch it, I could feel like the vein in there was extremely HARD! It doesnt really hurt, or I wouldnt say injury. Like i popped my vein from doing agressive jelqs. Have you guys ever experienced this?? Now 3 days later the inflamation went down, bit the area were I felt the vein is still stiff hard.???

Dang it feels like forever, after my first serious frenulum tear injury that took months to heal after things were going very well, I came back and yet again had a minor injury. Took much more time off after I got the thrombosis injury. I figured, might as well precondition myself since I've taken so much time off (give or take like 4 to 6 months off including injury time).

Now I'm ready to achieve my next goal (and permanent) of 9.5bpel x 6.5EG. Haven't measured in months, and most likely won't for awhile as I don't want to piss myself off if I see a decrease. My girth sure has not decreased, but length on the other hand not sure. I'd like to get back into hanging and stretching with my [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]length master[/words]. But may just start these first 2 wks with just manuals with hands starting off with 20min jelqs, and 20 min stretches every direction for starters. Then after about 2 to 3 Weeks, get back into my [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] and get into my routine that I was doing before my first injury happened.
One thing I'm going to change up is not use the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]. First of all, even with the mod kit (I'm uncut) it was still a pain in the butt for me, even though I racked up many hours with it.
What I do plan to do besides my light manual routine I mentioned above is use what's kinda like golf weights only the rings I'm using are a bit wider and heavier. Will start off with this to get my unit accustomed to hanging when I start that back up.
